Superb apartment in great location

We had a fabulous week in this apartment. It was so close to all the amenities including the beach and with private parking which made for a relaxing holiday. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We would definitely like to come again.

Amazing location and facilities

This is the third time we have stayed here and once again it was a fantastic experience. The flat is perfectly located for the beach and local shops/restaurants. The flat itself was spotlessly clean and nicely laid out, perfect for a family of our size. The added “quick dry” beach towels were a nice added touch. I would (and have) highly recommend this property. We look forward to returning again.

Fabulous apartment

We have stayed in many self catering holiday homes over the years, this ranks as one of the best. So clean and modern and nice little touches. Location was excellent, walking distance to shops, bars and eateries. Also 5 mins to beach, from there at low tide you can walk to Ramsgate and Margate. If we are coming back to this lovely part of the UK, we will try and stay here again.

Wonderful return visit

A return visit which didn’t fail to delight! This is a super amazing property which provided all we needed for a wonderfully relaxed break. Spotlessly clean and brilliantly equipped. Outdoor space and parking, just a stone’s throw from the beach with easy check-in and super friendly communication from property owners. A relaxed break in Broadstairs doesn’t get better than this!

It ticked all our boxes

A lovely flat, with the bonus of private parking and the High Street and beach within a stone's throw. All exceedingly clean and comfortable and nicely equipped for self-catering, although with so many good restaurants on the doorstep the temptation to eat out was great. Just as well Broadstairs and its neighbouring bays provide wonderful opportunities to stretch one's legs and burn off the calories. Altogether it was a very enjoyable holiday.

Everything you need for a super relaxed break

This property really is superb in so many respects. Location doesn’t get better than this - a stone’s throw from all that Broadstairs has to offer, but tucked away from it all - just two minutes from the beach. The property itself is excellent, providing everything you could need for a lazy home-from-home stay - the addition of a private courtyard garden is great. The apartment was super clean, allowing us to simply unpack and start enjoying our break from the moment of arrival. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or return!

A perfect gem to stay at in Broadstairs

What a wonderful time we had in Broadstairs, even though we encountered the lovely rainy English summer weather😊. There are so many things to do in the area and the beaches with endless walks are always available, even during the rain showers! The flat is SUPERB! Spotlessly clean, the best equipped holiday home we have ever had. The beds are so comfortable, and I do love the sound of the gulls in the morning! A gem of a holiday pad

Super easy communication and check-in lead to what truly is an amazing apartment. So well appointed with everything you could wish for to make for a relaxed break. Spotlessly clean, allows you to simply unpack and get on with your holiday. For us this was a return break and it didn’t fail to delight. Parking at the property which is no more than a stone’s throw from the beach is a rare find. Not to suggest you’ll be driving much as there’s so much within east walking distance from the apartment. Five star brilliance!

Down the stairs from the car park is this beautiful modern flat. Spotlessly clean, with big fluffy towels and lovely beds. Big double in one bedroom, wide bunk beds in smaller bedroom. 2 modern bathrooms, both equipped with soap and toilet rolls. Kitchen packed with all the equipment needed, plus cleaning materials, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets, soap dispenser, as well as small amount tea, coffee and sugar, as well as fresh pint of milk in the fridge, and pots with salt and pepper in cupboard. Bottom drawer full of bin liners, foil and sandwich bags. Big squashy settees plus table, 4 chairs and a bench, enough for everyone to sit in comfort. Cupboard in hall with games and playing cards, plus big outside box on small terrace with boogie boards, buckets and spades, footballs, and other beach games. Two sets of keys provided, and flat is very close to main shopping street, and less than 5 minutes walk to beach. Small Tesco and Londis round the corner, along with all the shops needed for day to day living. I couldn't fault this apartment and would definitely come back again. Many thanks to owners.

Zentrale Lage, gute Ausstattung, Parkplatz vorm Haus

Die Fewo ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Der Strand ist ca. 2 Minuten entfernt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe (Tesco, Sainsbury…).mit dem Auto ca. 5 Min. Einziger Störfaktor in den ersten 2 Tagen war die Familie in der Whg über uns. Es ist sehr hellhörig.

Die Wohnung ist neuwertig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Strand ist ein Traum.

Sehr schöne, saubere und hochwertig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Hier gibt es die volle Punktzahl. Einzig das schmale Doppelbett mit 140 cm Breite gab Grund zur Klage. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung und der Ort Broadstairs eine echte Perle. Es gibt genug alte Steine zum angucken, und wenn die Sonne scheint gibt es genug Strände zum Sonnenbaden, Buddeln und Schwimmen. Selbst bei Ebbe muss man dem Meer nicht lange hinterherlaufen. Der Strand ist sogar bewacht. Und dada es eine Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion gab in der Wohnung, war eine positive Überraschung.

Guest Review translated as follows: The apartment is newly furnished and very clean. The beach is a dream. A very nice, clean and high quality furnished apartment. Here is the full score. Only the narrow double bed with 140 cm width gave reason to complain. Otherwise the apartment and the place Broadstairs is a real pearl. There are enough old monuments to look at, and when the sun is shining, there are enough beaches to bathe, dig and swim. Even at low tide you do not have to go far to the sea. The beach even has a lifeguard. There is a washer with dryer function in the apartment which was a positive surprise. Agent response as follows: Thank you for your review we are really glad you enjoyed your stay at Beach Retreat and that the apartment was cleaning and provided you with high quality furnishings. We are sorry to hear that the apartment only offered you a double bed which proved a negative point from you, however we would like to point out that this is a UK standard size bed. Super Wohnlage zum Zentrum , trotzdem ruhig.

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Lage exzellent. Pubs und Restaurants in direkter Umgebung und trotzdem liegt die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Das einzige Manko, sind die Betten. Die Matratzen sind recht hart, was uns etwas Probleme machte und das Doppelbett hat nur 1, 40m Breite, was für 2 Personen wirklich eng ist. Wen das nicht stört, hat hier auf jeden Fall ein wirklich schönes Urlabsdomizil . Nicht zu vergessen ist der Strand vor Ort, nur wenige Meter entfernt.

Translated to English :....The apartment is very lovingly furnished and the location excellent. Pubs and restaurants in the direct vicinity and yet located in a quiet side street. The beds are the only shortcoming. The mattresses are quite hard, which made us some problems and only 1, 40 m width, which is really tight for 2 persons has a double bed. Who don't mind, has a really nice Urlabsdomizil here in any case. The beachspot, only a few metres away is not to forget. Great Apartment

The apartment was exceptionally clean, well equipped and comfortable. It was just of the High Street near to shops, bars and eating places. The promenade and beach just a short stroll away.
