Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location, Location Location. Majestic Sun is right on the spot to rent. We didn't see the need to wait till 4:45 to get call to check-in. Condo was not cleaned or mopped. We prayed they changed the sheets. Dust was so thick on the a/c door, we had to clean it. That dust didn't happen overnight. Overall, Condo was Beautiful. I would rent again just thought to inform owners need to check your cleaning staff.

It’s ok

•The host never once replied to my messages. I ended up calling Seascape, our check in packet was not in our room up on arrival •The toilet ran non stop. I did message the host, but no reply •The road between the beach and condo is loud and car alarms go off all through the night. As well as ER sirens. Which was something I never thought of. •It could use an update for sure, all the beds squeak and the lighting is not very bright at all.

Another guest below us/near us smoked marjiuana constantly making it very difficult to enjoy sitting outside. My grandchildren nicknamed your guest “the skunk”. We were unable to slide the LR/DR door open for access to the balcony. Maintenance was called Thursday afternoon but did not show until a 2nd request was made on Friday. He said after attempting his best to open it, Man it is really stuck. Let me go talk to my boss and I will be right back. He never returned. My 2 adult sons was eventually able to open on Saturday. The size of the condo represented by the pictures was very very deceptive, misleading. The living dining and kitchen area were extremely small for 10 people. The living room seating was for 5 people. The sleeper sofa was an absolute disaster to be advertised as a queen size bed. The coffee table was broken. A support brace fell off a dining table chair. The unit was advertised as a new updated condo. ALL THE LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM AND KITCHEN POTS AND PANS NEED REPLACED. The elevators doors closed too quickly and several guests hands were caught or almost caught. Pushing the doors open was extremely difficult. The view and the pool influenced the booking. Although to say there is 5 pools. Very misleading statement. The staff on the other end of the “help” line were ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! They all deserve a raise. They are your best PR!! The cost of the unit against the “other cost”??? I think I paid more in “other costs” than the unit cost. Thank you.

This unit was in complete disrepair. The dishwasher was falling out of the cabinet. The hot water was impossible to find. The place was filthy. I’ve never received my $100 and a once responsive rep from Seascape has gone quiet. Go AirBNB folks.

Overall, we've been coming to Majestic Sun, Seascape for over 15 years. The resort, Majestic Sun, does need some updates. Elevators always seem to have at lease one down per building, stairwells and overall complex could use a good cleaning and update. Overall, I'd stay again and the unit was very nice.

Majestic Sun Unit 112A has been sorely neglected

Reviewer Comments: Overall, Unit 112A has an air of neglect and not being well cleaned and maintained. The pictures posted online are old pictures, although I am glad the dining room table and chairs have been replaced.I had to clean the unit and wash all the dishes before I could use the kitchen. I am disappointed that there is not more care shown to make sure the unit is cleaned and maintained between stays. I know there is incredible pressure on Seascape to get the units turned over for the next guest, however, me having to take time out of my vacation and clean something that I am charged a hefty fee for is unreasonable. My lasting impression is I would not voluntarily stay in this unit again unless there are some updates done to alleviate the air of genteel poverty that permeates the unit.

It was spacious, with a fantastic location and a gorgeous view of the beach from the balcony. For the huge cleaning fee we paid, the condo was not very clean. Also, my first stop was Walmart to purchase more toilet paper, more paper towels, dish soap, dish rag, dish towels, etc. The furniture was not very comfortable and the balcony furniture was very rusted with a chair that was broken and unusable. That being said, the location was awesome. They just need to get a better cleaning service and up grade their furnishings.
