This superb detached cottage rests on the outskirts of Honiton, East Devon and can sleep 10 people in five bedrooms.
The Barn is a lovely detached cottage nestled on the outskirts of Honiton, East Devon. Hosting five bedrooms: a ground-floor double and twin, as well as a first-floor twin and two doubles, sleeping a total of 10 guests with a ground-floor shower room and family bathroom. It offers an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, as well as a utility and mezzanine snug. Outside provides an enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture, as well as off-road parking. The Barn is a wonderful choice for a country break to East Devon with your loved ones. Two well-behaved dogs welcome but allowed downstairs only. Note: £250 Good Housekeeping bond. Check in time 5pm.
Amenities: Oil central heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, DVD player, a selection of books, games and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking and lockable shed for cycles etc. Extensive gardens and patio area with furniture and pizza oven. Two well-behaved dogs welcome but allowed downstairs only (any additional upstairs related cleaning will be deducted from your bond). Sorry, no smoking. Shops 1.1 miles and pub 0.3 miles. Note: Though the property allows pets, the owners ask you to be aware that the neighbours own chickens which roam free, so care must be taken. Note: Please be aware that the outside paths, parking area and garden are uneven and could present a trip hazard in places and the gardens contain a water feature with varying depths during the seasons. Note: There are a number of steps in the property between areas. Note: There is 24/7 50Kw DC rapid charging for electric vehicles less than a minutes' drive away. Check in time 5pm.
