Love the Majestic Sun! This condo was very clean and the master bed was extra comfortable. We enjoyed all aspects of our stay.

Wonderful view, great snowbird value, needs updating/restocking

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit had an amazing view of the ocean and the resort as a whole is maintained and updated.This unit needs updating furniture has been well used. Beds are sunken in. Upon arrival we only had 4 forks and no dish towels. Housekeeping brought a few more forks but no dish towels, or hot pads for the kitchen. The dryer has a hole in the lint trap which is a fire hazard. I was told that is an issue for the owners to address. Dishwasher is exceptionally loud. These were all things to live with temporarily but when staying for a month it is concerning.

Great stay.. beautiful view!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wished we stayed longer. Great room. Amazing customer service. Location was perfect. The only issue with the place was that the dishwasher is not secured in place. I didn’t call maintenance since we didn’t use it very much. Our door code had issues midway in stay but the kind customer service team was able to adjust the code while on the phone with them. We will choose this location again!

Time for a Refresh!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was comfortable for a 2.5 month stay. The sofa and loveseat were appreciated. The beds were comfortable,too. The bathtub showers needed a grab bar to get safely in and out. Accident waiting to happen Kitchen was well equipped for baking and cooking. There wasn’t much silverware. We had to purchase plastic when we had company. The unit was in desperate need of a refresh. Clean or replace floor molding and tile floors. It looked like it had never been cleaned. When I tried to clean it, realized someone painted over dirt. Kitchen appliances were original. They were in working condition, for being 20 years old.

It looks as if it has not been cleaned for years. The carpet in the bedrooms was disgusting. I didn't even want to take my shoes off. The bedroom windows did not have any curtains on them. The unit had an odor which was not pleasant. The dryer did not work.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Before arrival I asked for an early check in because we had been traveling and were going to be in a couple of hours early. Staff informed me it would cost me $100 to do that even though the website specifically said I would be notified when the condo was ready with the door code even if it was ready before check in. When finally able to check into the condo. It was not very clean, the master bed’s mattress pad had stains on it. ithe condo definitely needs some TLC and some updating.

The decor is definitely a little dated. The light in the master bath didn’t work, both toilets were finicky, and there was a definite smell from the water. We wouldn’t return to this exact unit, but we would rent from this company again.

Reviewer Comments: This unit needs better maintenance (towel rack broke, mold/grim in bathrooms, etc.) and replacement of old furniture (mattresses in poor condition). Location across from the beach and pools on site were great. I only received half of the wrist bands requested, called twice but never received them; but they didn't enforce wearing bands in the pool.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice condo but could definitely use a little updating for the amount of rent per week that is charged. The balcony furniture is older and furniture in living room could be nicer. Beds were very comfortable but decor should be updated. I have rented much nicer for cheaper. Please fix the towel bar in the master bedroom is broken and no place to hang towel after showering. Loved the majestic Sun and amenities there. I might rent again from seascape but not this unit 1003B. My daughter rented down the hall 1010B and her condo was decorated so much nicer than mine and we paid about the same.

There were some plumbing issues with water standing in one of the master bathroom sinks as well as the tub. Both drained very slow. Also, part of the pool area was closed or roped off a few days for maintenance. I understand this comes of from time to time so can overlook. Seemed like it could have been taken care of in a day rather than multiple days though.

It’s our first time staying in the unit. We loved the bedroom layout it worked perfect for our family. The kitchen was not a cooks kitchen and was missing a lot of basic items but it had a cork screw And can opener! No cookie sheet or pan of any type.

Reviewer Comments: The property was nice well maiintained but had a mouse problem which we told management about and they did take care of problem, had great customer service. Great restaurants within walking distant also golfing nearby. Have been vacationing there past 5 years. Could not see sunset because of wall or pool because too high but gulf view is beautiful!

The property had a great view. The listing had a 4pm check in. We had been at the water park all day and planned to shower and go to an early dinner. When we still had not received our code at 4pm, we called the property management company. They told us that “anytime after 4pm” didn’t mean that we could check in anytime after 4pm, but that they could call us “anytime after 4pm” to let us in. Very misleading. I asked her if that could mean they would call us to check in at 10pm, to which she responded “well I hope it’s not that late.” I’ve traveled all over the world, and never have I heard of an open-ended check in time. If I could give the service zero stars I would. I also found the condo to be under equipped with basic accessories - no hair dryer, iron, wine opener, etc.

We had a great week at Majestic Sun! Love the resort and the location! My only suggestion for this room is it desperately needs curtains on the windows instead of toppers to block the lights and it desperately needs new patio furniture or the existing furniture needs a good cleaning.

Could've been cleaner

Excellent location. Online check in was easy. The unit could use a good cleaning. One of the bed spreads had several drops of blood on it. Dirty towels left in a laundry basket. Hair left in the master bath shower and floor. Stains on the sofa's. Not worth the money.

A little lacking

We spent a week in this unit. My problem was that basic cooking supplies were missing. There was just one average size sauce pan and no baking sheet. Also there was no dust pan with the ratty broom. The balcony furnishings were cheap, dirty, and falling apart. I did like the bedroom furniture but the mattress was not very comfortable. I will choose another unit next time I stay.
