We had a list of things that didn’t work.Spent most of our month vacation waiting for repair people. The front door wouldn’t lock, washing machine didn’t work, no ac in the upstairs which is where 4 out of 5 bedrooms are located. While they sent someone quickly, all they did was say they couldn’t do anything so we’d wait for the Electrician, HVAC, Spectrum etc. There was still a line running through the living room television when we checked out. We’ve been renting Holmes in this area for over 15 years. We’ve never had such a horrible experience.In addition, the layout of this house is very strange. There’s a cluster of bathrooms, then bedrooms. The ceilings are very low with fans, be careful lifting your arms up to change. The toilet seats are as old as the house. It’s also very loud. The two hotels across the street make everything echo. Not a very tranquil environment. The pool, hot tub and game room were fun. This is where we spent most of our time waiting for repairs. Sorry, hope the next folks have a better experience.
