Yew Tree Farmhouse is an impressive Georgian farmhouse with plenty of charm and space, set in a rural location close to the market towns of Fairford, Lechlade and Highworth. Internally, this large Cotswold holiday home includes a country kitchen with AGA, plus adjacent breakfast room. Furthermore, there is a separate dining room, which can comfortably seat 12-14 and there is a superb sitting room to relax on sofas arranged around the wood burner. There is also a downstairs study, with adjoining loo and shower room. Upstairs over two levels, there are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, so the farmhouse can easily accommodate large family and friend celebrations.

Outside the kitchen, there is a terrace with outdoor table, parasol, and seating, which overlooks the wonderful garden, with a separate paddock and BBQ area. There is even an additional studio with table tennis and potential for yoga and pilates retreats! It is perfectly placed for the Cotswold Water Park, Cirencester, and Lechlade-on-Thames.
