Regency Towers # 204 E wird professionell von Paradise Beach Homes verwaltet.

Diese Einheit im 2. Stock bietet direkten Blick auf den Golf vom Wohnbereich und vom Hauptschlafzimmer. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit bequemen Möbeln eingerichtet und bietet Zugang zum Balkon am Golf. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat zwei volle Betten, einen Fernseher und ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche. Das Gästezimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und es gibt ein Bad mit Badewanne / Dusche in der Halle.

Great place to enjoy the beach!

This is a wonderful condo. We loved that it was only on the second floor. We are literally steps away from the beach! The pool is wonderful and the complex is older but very well kept.

Get Away to Pensacola Beach

My sister and I spent a week at this condo.We enjoyed the view of the Gulf. The sand was so white and the water emerald in colour.The condo is as described.We played pickleball on the courts, sat and walked on the beach and enjoyed the sunshine.Except for the weekend, it was easy to get around by car.We recommend this gulf side rental.

Enjoyed!!

The property is ver nice and clean. Pool is great. I loved the condo, the only draw back was no laundry in our unit. The door was always locked to the laundry room and I was so busy I did not call anyone. But, it is a beautiful place !!

The unit is always clean and the floor plan works perfectly for our family. Access to the beach is perfect. The condo is just far away from all the action so it is quiet, but close enough to be handy. Paradise is a great property management company and easy to deal with.

Fall family getaway in Pensacola Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just had a great week in Regency Towers 204E. The property was clean and well maintained. The elevator was a necessity for the elderly in our group. Paradise Beach Homes management team was wonderful when we needed help due to unfortunately the AC unit going out. They were quick to send maintenance and portable AC units for the bedrooms while the AC was being replaced. They also sent the cleaning crew to clean up after the new AC was installed when we told them it was needed. The pool was a great feature when we were hot from the sun. There were plenty of lounge chairs by the pool. The condo was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do on our week in Pensacola, and also not far from the tranquil National Seashore on the way toward Navarre. We would definitely stay again and use Paradise Beach Homes rentals in the future. Thank you for helping us make wonderful family memories.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was the perfect size for a family of 4. The only complaint I have was the sliding glass door in the living room had a broken lock. When I called to let the office know I was told someone would be over to fix it. We were there 5 days and when we left no one had come to fix the lock. We found a bar to use to keep the door closed. I informed them again when we checked out so hopefully it will be fixed.

The room is okay, could have been cleaner and more updated. No washer and dryer in room or on site was a bit of trouble, they only left a few towels and washclothes for 5 nights. The location and view were great. The pool and quick elevators were great too and close to the walkover. Would be better if had a door code instead of keys, door was hard to lock/unlock.
