Our group really loved the house and the pool

Our group really loved the house and the pool. It was even bigger then it looked on pictures. Our house manager Manuela was a blessing to have as a contact. We had an issue in the house and she responded super quickly and made sure she visited to come and solve it. We would definitely recommend the house! 12/09/26

Love this house!! Everything you can think of was there. Perfect!! 06/05/24 Because of the bad weather we needed the heating. 35 euro a Day is expensive. Normally the weather is oké, but the hostess told us the heating goes of in March.

Very nice house, but in a poor, noisy location

The house is very well-designed, clean, and pleasant inside, and very well-furnished and equipped. However, unfortunately, it is right next to the main road through the golf resort, which runs right alongside the garden and is only a few metres from the pool. If you are not sensitive to traffic noise, then the house is fine. However, if you do not like the sound of fairly constant traffic at all times of the day, then you should not book this house as you will be disappointed.

Comments can be verified on our website in the reviews section and on this and other portals. The road serves traffic within the resort, which isn't large. Any person can always ask for an address before booking (we aren't allowed to display addresses in the listings). Perfect place in C Caparica

We stayed in Villa Amendoa for 5 nights with 8 people and our stay was just perfect. The villa is very beautiful and has a lot of space and is very well-equipped. Especially the outdoor area is perfect to relax with the spacious pool area and the outdoor kitchen and bathroom. Also the area, where the villa is located is very nice - you can do the grocery shopping at aldi or lidl close by (3 minutes with the car) and you can also reach the beach Fonte da Telha in a 10 minute car drive. We would definitely come back here and we highly recommend allure villas (thank you so much again Ana, Kamilla and Miguel!) - everyone was super friendly and helpful; especially in this COVID19 situation. They always provided us with the newest information and supported us in every possible way. Additional note to the situation: we were coming from Germany and in the German media they talk about a lockdown in Lisbon, what bothered us a lot at first. But in fact, the situation is "only" more strict in a few areas of the Lisbon region (e.g. Santa Klara), and the area of Villa Amendoa is not infected! Of course you have to wear a mask when you go to a store, etc. but it's definitely not as bad as it is portrayed in the media. We felt very safe during our stay and had no concerns at all.

Un super séjour en famille 😊! Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à 11 à la Villa des Bégonias. Merci à Allure Villas et tout particulièrement à Manuela pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa discrétion. Les + : • Superbe piscine et extérieur très agréable. • Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain et WC (un vrai plus à 11 !). • Pas de clim, mais la maison reste bien fraîche (33 °C début août et nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur). • Bon emplacement : plages de Costa da Caparica à 10-15 min, Lisbonne à 25 min (accès facile aussi en ferry). Petit point d'amélioration : Quelques ustensiles de cuisine (poêles) un peu vieillissants, mais l'équipement reste amplement suffisant. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !✌︎ 15/08/26

Ons vakantieverblijfje

We hebben met de ganse familie een fantastische week beleefd in Villa das Begonias. Alles was aanwezig om er een onvergetelijke week van te maken. De kamers, het zwembad, de tuin met barbecue, van alles hebben we met volle teugen genoten en het eerste wat de kinderen zeiden na afloop: hier willen we nog eens terug komen. Ook een dank je wel aan Manuela voor de communicatie op afstand. We zullen ons tripje naar Portugal niet snel vergeten. We hadden het geluk van ideaal weer te hebben maar moest het er heel warm zijn dan is een airco op de kamers (vooral boven) misschien een aanrader maar dit is zeker geen minpunt 08/08/26

This property was great and the host was very responsive. It was convenient for large groups we were extremely pleased! The only issue we had that we mentioned was that the home did seem to have a lot of roaches and bugs and that was a very uncomfortable experience for us. Were kept the windows closed for this reason which did not help. Another thing was we were concerned about the lack of AC and we communicated that with the property managers and they assured us the fans they were going to provide would keep us cool. This was unfortunately not the case when we arrived we requested the fans and they needed to be cleaned and weren’t really helpful. However it is June and we understand a heatwave is coming so we did not complain so the real issue that we had was just the roaches , they were in some of our beds. The home is extremely clean so unsure of why so many bugs but we would recommend just warning about the bugs.

Passionate about landscapes, new cultures, and adventures, we started to rent our own villa in 2012 to finance family trips.

Because we didn’t find any companies that provided a complete service on the Lisbon coast, we took care of all the details for our guests to have the best satisfaction.

The idea attracted some neighbors and friends who wanted to be part of our new project.
Thus, we built our local network of hosts, maintenance, cleaning, and laundry providers.

We proudly and with great enthusiasm founded Allure Villas thanks to the owners’ involvement, our satisfied guests’ feedback, and word of mouth.

Today, we operate more than 200 units along the beautiful Portuguese shorelines. We keep selecting unique properties that cover all accommodation types.

Our villas are handpicked and negotiated based on exclusive contracts, subsequently inspected and photographed by our local teams, seeking to maintain a high standard according to our guests’ needs and expectations.

Inside the resort guests have access to two 18-hole championship golf courses (Aroeira I and Aroeira II), four tennis courts, a shopping area, bars, snack-bars and restaurants. Aroeira is surrounded by a stretch of 30 km of the best beaches in Portugal, starting from the lively beaches near the centre of the village Costa da Caparica, to the almost deserted beaches of the south zone, ideal for water or sand sports.
Less than 4 km, you have beach bars and small restaurants specialized in grilled fish, some of them with wonderful terraces to enjoy the sunset.
About 5 km away there is a wide range of beach bars that at night turn into nightclubs or live music bars.
