Amazing property

This was an amazing property with great beach access. The house was extremely well stocked for cooking with lots of food options also within walking distance. It had a nice neighborhood feel without being too overrun with spring breakers - Would definitely return!

Overall pleased, we requested early check-in but never received response. The pool and pool deck was in need of a good cleaning. The deck had a lot of debris, dead worms, ant hills. The provided beach chairs and swim toys were a plus as was the outdoor shower. The house interior met expectations and appeared clean.

Rude and not clean

When we arrived the property manager was trying to clean because the cleaning company didn’t show up. The floors were not clean, dishes in the cabinet had food still on them. There was sand on the bed sheets so we knew those weren’t changed. Then on our third day, the pool company came to clean the pool and they were completely rude. We were given our cleaning fee back, but we will never stay here again.

Great property, well appointed

This was our first trip to the area. The house is great. Great location to the beach, well appointed home, layout great for family gathering, use of golf cart and bikes, heated pool. 360 management company was very responsive to any questions and assistance with extras (arranging fishing, renting extra bikes). Check in/checkout very easy. The only cons are the cleaning crew and not enough bath towels (only 1 per guest). While I understand this is probably a busy time with quick turnovers, it appeared they just quickly cleaned the surfaces of the house/changed linens. The dining table had hardened chocolate on it as well as the placemats and chairs. You could see food under the dining table, coffee table and couch from previous guests. There were a few dirty dishes placed back in the cabinets. Overall, I would recommend this house. Plenty of amenities, good layout with great location to the beach...short walk down the street. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful week in BMB staying in Mint to Be. 360 Blue are great folks to work with. Reservations were easy. Communication was prompt and timely. They called a few times leading up to the trip to see if we needed any assistance and a couple times while we were there just to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was perfect for our group of 10 that consisted of my wife and me, 2 young kids (7,9) and 6 "big" kids 19-24. The house and surrounding area was enjoyed by young and...not as young. The house was so comfortable in every way. The huge open dining/living/kitchen was perfect and felt just like home. The outdoor living area with pool, grill and fire pit was enjoyed every day. The kitchen very well equipped and furnished with all the cookware, utensils and small appliance you could ever use. It was also spotless when we arrived. The house is a very short walk to the beach. Close enough you can run back for a forgotten item and be back in 5 min. We hope Mint to Be we be avail next year.

I have had a very hard time making myself write this review because there are NO words to describe how absolutely perfect this vacation was for all of us! It was our family’s first multigenerational vacation and this home could not have been more beautifully appointed for us. It had everything we needed and things we didn’t even know we needed! It didn’t feel like a rental at all. It felt like we were staying in a close friend’s home. A home filled with warmth and love. Over and above the home, 360 Blue sets the standard for customer service. The first night we were there we had a very bad storm. Lightening hit one of the t.v.’s and also took out our cable and WiFi. We called and they were at the house within 10 minutes. Anytime we needed anything or had a question they were prompt and customer oriented. I have never seen a company care more for their customers. I am now a 360 Blue customer for life! I think it’s “Mint To Be” that we will work with 360 Blue again in the future!

disappointed on arrival with ,sand on floor,dirty towels left behind,and dishwasher not emptied,and wet. Vendors used by 360 RE: pack and play and paddle board were very disappointing. Pack and Play ordered and then canceled within 2 hours and we are still be charged $53.50., NOT HAPPY.Paddle Board vendor never contacted us to tell us they didn't have one to deliver until we called.The photographer "Adam Lee" was prompt and professional.

Mint to Be Spring Break Vacation

We had an amazing week at Mint to Be! Our experience really couldn’t have been better. The home is immaculate, location is perfect, and we were so comfortable during our stay. I was a little worried about the pool not being heated but the kids still used it every day! Will definitely be back!

March 2019 Stay

We had a fabulous family vacation!! There were 6 adults and 4 children in our party and this beautiful house worked perfectly for us. This was by far my favorite beach house and we have been renting beach homes for 20 years now. The house was beautifully decorated and had quality appliances throughout the entire home. When we arrived, everything was clean and there were so many unexpected things left for us to use - great pool toys, a perfectly supplied kitchen, nice Aveda products in the bathrooms, and even coffee. The owners went out of their way to leave their guests with the best experience!! Another perk - proximity to the beach and not the overcrowded areas (not to mention beach chairs and umbrella set up for us at the beach daily)!! We would definitely stay here again. Couldn’t have picked a more perfect home! Five stars is a minimum!! Thank you!! Fabulous, fantastic, awesome...!!!

My family absolutely LOVED our stay at "Mint yo be" My husband is a therapist and I own my own business and we work ALOT. This was one of our best trips to your area since we began going 15 years ago. There were 4 of us, my husband and myself our 25 yr old son and our 14 year old daughter. Everyone felt right at home in the beautiful and very clean house and felt like the small walk to the beautiful beach was just perfect! The bikes and bike rides to the ice cream parlor down the street were a fantastic ending to a great day at the beach or a quick ride into town to enjoy live music and great food. We saw pelicans. deer, stingrays, sea turtles and the area in general is so perfect. We cant wait! to return next year and every year that is possible.. it's our new favorite spot!! We all give 360 and Mint to be a 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The Cruickshanks

2018 Family Vacation!

What a wonderful home and destination! MintToBe has so many thoughtful amenities for families with young children - the gates, high chair, plastic dishware, beach/pool toys all made the stay that much more perfect. The location is wonderful as well - just steps away from the walkway to the beach! Very pleased with everything. Thanks for having us! PS - one suggestion - it would be great if there could be a few additional dish towels in the kitchen. Also, FYI we replaced the can opener as the one in there was broke.

July 2018 Stay

Our family of 10( 4 children ) 6 adults enjoyed our stay. The little ones were protected by the stairway baby gates , which was a plus. Because the little ones were very small 2 and 3 , the bunk bed room only worked for the 7 and 9 year old. Proximity to the beach was a plus, and pool served all of us well each afternoon and evening. Overall the home provided our family a wonderful vacation spot. we appreciated the personal touches and the complimentary gifts to remember our time together. We would recommend this home to anyone. June 2018 Stay

We loved loved Mint to Be. Perfect location. The home is beautiful and everything we needed was provided. The short walk to beach is perfect. Thanks for the wagon to take our beach stuff. My husband and I along with our two children and their spouses enjoyed the home. We also had three grandchildren ages 5,2,1 along. The nightly walks to ice cream shop around the corner was a hit with all of us. We would recommend this home. Also 360 Blue was such an amazing company to rent from, total customer service for sure. We are planning on a 2020 return trip (if we can wait that long!)

Spring Break with the Fam

Beautiful vacation home. Just steps to the awesome beach. Couldn’t bring ourselves to leave for dinner out. Stayed in and grilled fresh seafood every night! Will definitely return to Mint to Be!

Labor Day weekend 2017 Stay

This is our second time renting this home because we loved it so much the first time! It is an absolutely perfect location, away from the hustle and bustle of Seaside and watercolor but close enough to drive over for an evening out. It is the perfect size for 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 5-10). We love the pool and enjoy it every day after being at the beach and the kids enjoyed it every evening while we sat out by the fire pit. We know we will be back again!! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

August 2017 Stay

"Mint to Be" provided a wonderful place for our family vacation. The spacious house allowed us to be together when we chose (most of the time) or to move to a private space when needed. The proximity of the beach entry point enabled us to move back and forth easily between basking on the sands and returning to the home for a break from the sun or for a lunch in the cooled house. We are all happy that we chose 360 Blue to provide us with a terrific house and excellent service.

Everything was fantastic! The layout of the house is perfect for a large group, it was very clean upon our arrival, and the furnishings/finishes were top notch. Extremely easy walk to the beach. Would highly recommend.
