Diese Strandwohnung im bevorzugten Ocean Reef Condominium wurde kürzlich mit neuen Wohnmöbeln, einem bequemen Schlafsofa, Balkonmöbeln und Dekor aufgerüstet! Genießen Sie den KOSTENLOSEN STRANDSERVICE, der für den Gast dieses Besitzers vom 15. März bis 31. Oktober angeboten wird.

Diese Wohnung verfügt über 18-Zoll-Steinfliesen von der Haustür zum Balkon mit Ausnahme der Schlafzimmer, die Teppichboden haben. Es verfügt über schöne Granitoberflächen. Es hat alle Edelstahlgeräte und dekorative Fliesen unter den Arbeitsplatten und als Aufkantung in der Küche. Die meisten Decken- und Bodenbereiche sind mit breiten Kronenleisten versehen.

Beide Schlafzimmer sind als Hauptschlafzimmer eingerichtet. Beide haben Kingsize-Betten. Die Betten sind erstklassige Pillow-Top mit Premium-Bettwäsche. Beide Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Bad. Beide haben einen 32-Zoll-Fernseher. Der einzige Unterschied ist, dass man auf den übergroßen Balkon mit Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko öffnet. Sie können tatsächlich die Wellen von Ihrem Bett aus sehen.

Der Balkon ist einer der größten am Strand. Selbst mit all den Möbeln auf dem Balkon ist es nicht überfüllt und bietet viel Platz, um den atemberaubenden Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko zu genießen.

Für Ihr Vergnügen wurde im Wohnzimmer ein 55-Zoll-Smart-HD-Fernseher mit DVD-Player bereitgestellt.

The property and the Condo were amazing. The large balcony overlooking the beach was excellent and the perfect place to eat breakfast in the morning and dinner at night. All the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed on days we ate in. The only thing that I would say was negative was the parking garage and parking spot. If you have a larger SUV it was a little bit of a challenge parking. Overall a great place to stay and will look at staying here again in the near future.

The condo was great no complaints at all. The elevators while we there out of 3 of them only one worked one day the wait time to get on elevators was at least 25 minutes or more the other days only 2 worked and the wait time was very long. The parking deck is very tight also. But the condo again no complaints at all very beautiful huge balcony. Loved it

June 2020 Stay

This is our 2nd time staying at Ocean Reef in room 1507 and we absolutely love it! It’s a home away from home! The condo is fully stocked with everything you need and even items for the beach which is very useful and helpful! The views from your balcony are to die for! Both times we have visited, the condo was very clean! I absolutely recommend and We will definitely be back again!

We loved the condo and beach. The beach was clean and not crowded like areas to the west. The condo was clean and had very nice furnishings. Wonderful Condo!

Beautiful condo that we could tell owners take pride in, even down to good quality pillows. Plenty of kitchen items including a regular AND keurig coffee machines. Rooms were large and nicely decorated. Patio is HUGE with full size table, loveseat and 2 oversized loungers. Location for us was great as it was walking distance to multiple shops, activities and restaurants. Only downsides that are out of their control was that the indoor pool was closed on rainy day, and hot tub was only hot one day we were there. There is an office on 6th floor and did not seem super convenient to get in touch with. Overall a great experience and would definitely book this condo again in the future!

There was a fully-equipped kitchen that made it very easy to prepare our own meals. Literally, steps away was a great beach bar and restaurant. The condo was so spacious we were able to entertain friends.We were very impress with the quiet peaceful atmosphere and the cleanliness of the public spaces. We enjoyed it so much we are coming back next year. Riley and all the people at Greta’s went out of their way to attend to our every need.

Family Friendly Paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect beachfront stay! This stunning condo was everything we could have hoped for and more for a relaxing getaway. The location is unbeatable, with breathtaking views and within walking distance to food, fun, and Pier Park. The amenities were outstanding—heated indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, steam room, gym, and plenty of beach toys in the condo. They also provided free beach service, with two chairs and an umbrella. If we were staying in, the kitchen had every tool we needed to feel like home, only better. There were comfortable beds with a firm or pillow-top option, plus bunk beds for the kids. However, what truly set this place apart was the oversized private balcony. We spent multiple mornings enjoying coffee while watching the sunrise and dolphins swim, and spent evenings admiring the sunset as the waves rolled in. We highly recommend this beachfront condo to anyone seeking a relaxing, family-friendly escape. Our stay here was so perfect that we extended our trip. Greta and her team were so accommodating and helpful. We will be back!

Disappointed with Greta Rentals Mamagement

I read the documents from Greta Rentals indicating that you will be charged a deposit, if you do not elect to get damage insurance. I prepaid for damage insurance and was still charged a deposit I received a receipt directly from Greta Beach Rentals that showed that I prepaid for damage insurance. When I called them I was told I had ro get a receipt from VRBO indicating that I had prepaid for damage insurance. I tried calling VRBO and was kept waiting for.30mins. I had spoken with VRBO earlier about my card being charged more than I expected. I was told to contact Grets Beach Rentals. Not happy! Upon arrival to the facility I could not access the facility. My husband who is disabled had to stand up outside the facility, until we can gain access. It turns out we were given a code that did not work. We called Greta Beach Rentals, but none of the codes worked. We called Security from thew front gate and they tried entering the original code emailed to us and a new code, but could not get in. The security personnel was asked to enter a master code that opens all.doors, it worked. We were tired and frustrated.

We hope you found the condo to be nice, clean, and well maintained. Regarding your reservation, you did not purchase damage insurance nor did you ever provide proof of purchasing it direct from VRBO. VRBO also never provided us proof. We have to protect our condos via a damage deposit when there is no proof of damage insurance. This is a standard practice with all vacation rental properties. As for access to the unit, we provided you a door code which you had difficulty entering. We sent security to assist you and they entered the code with no issues. It was our pleasure to take your call late in the evening, respond quickly, and assist you to access the property. We take great pride in our customer service. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We would definitely come back to this property. The beach was super close to the resort so the walk down and back was easy. The rooms were well kept, clean and spacious. We were able to walk to dinner or other options at night easily. Not a single complaint to be had here, we had a great time.

July 2024 Stay

We took our small family to enjoy a slow pace time with them. 1507 is absolutely beautiful and clean. The facility is quite and family oriented. The facility is very clean as well. We enjoyed the connivence with a 4 yr old the recreation just across the road with Fun-land arcade , putt putt golf and go karts. We couldn’t have had better family time.

AN AMAZING 3 WEEKS

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 3 week stay was absolutely fantastic. The condo had everything we needed and Riley and Adam was very accomodating. I asked for a bath mat because there was no safety bars in the tub and Riley got one right away. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony jsut watching the outside. We saw dolphins, pelicans, manta rays and even a manatee!We did mini golf a cross the street and they have also an excellent donut shop and ice cream called Amore across the street as well. We are thinking of coming back again next year and staying longer. Greta has a very well stocked kitchen of dishes and gadgets. I would suggest that there should be an empty cupboard made so that you can store your grocerys. We had to put ours on the counter and it was quite cluttered. I guess if you are just there a few days or a week it's not a big deal but we were there for 3 weeks.We cooked and ate alot in the condo as we wanted to enjoy jsut being there. We had such a good time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Highly recommend this rental. Excellent staff, wonderful large pool , uncrowded beach area, beach service was excellent, great location. The balcony was very large with plenty of seating and we thoroughly enjoyed it mornings and evenings. We will stay here again ! 5⭐️Sea screamer is a must! Andrews State Park lagoon is wonderful! Saltwater grill has amazing early bird specials and their tequila mule is divine! The arcade/ snack shop across the street had reasonable prices for food and ice cream.

We had a wonderful relaxing vacation! The Condo was exactly as described. It was very clean and had some wonderful little things like extra beach chairs and the touch lamps next to the bed were a wonderful addition. There was so much different kinds seating on the balcony. The view was breathtaking! Would stay again

The property was conveniently located, very clean, and exactly as presented in the pictures. The beds were comfortable, and the arrangement of 2 Kings and a bunk bed were perfect for our extended family. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Greta's Beach Rentals and cannot recommend them more highly!
