This beautiful holiday home is located in the area of ​​Riells in l'Escala, just 12 minutes walk from the Riells beach which is the main beach of fine sand, with a diversity of restaurants and bars and the start of the magnificent promenade thats arrives till the old town of l'Escala.

It is a spacious house with fabulous views from the main terrace to the leisure area, swimming pool, tennis and the playground for children. From the terrace itself you access the leisure area.

It is the day area: It has a large and well equipped terrace with barbecue and terrace furniture, facing North.Access from the terrace to the living-dining room with national and international TV channels, air conditioning in the living room. Open kitchen, newly renovated, and well equipped (utensils, coffee maker, dishwasher, ..) in the same space there is a table and chairs. Bathroom (bath, toilet, sink), and a storage room where the washing machine is located and gives access to the back of the house from where you can park 1 car.

Communal swimming pool: normally available from June to October (except during occasional maintenance or improvement periods as required by the facility). Usage hours are approximately from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm. Please respect the schedule and the rules posted at the premises.

Pets:1 Pet allowed, with prior notice to the agency. Supplement may apply.

Air conditioning: Available, split. We request proper use.



Electric Car:Charging electric cars is NOT allowedin the accommodations. However, in l'Escala there are specific charging points available for your convenience.

Party and events:Please note that parties and events are not allowed in the accommodation.

Noise-free hours: 10 pm - 8 am Respect the quiet hours for the well-being of the neighbours.
