Surf Side Shores # 1603 ist eine innere Golf-Front 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bad Eigentumswohnung im 6. Stock befindet sich in Gebäude mit Blick auf ich auf den Golf von Mexiko. Das Gerät ist ca. 820 sq ft mit Blick auf den Golf aus dem Wohnzimmer und Golf-Seite Master-Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer mit WC entweder mit einer Wanne / Dusche Combo oder Stand-alone-Dusche. Der Golf-Seite Master Badezimmer ist über das Schlafzimmer und Flur zu erreichen. Die Straßenseite Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad mit einem Stand-up-Dusche.
Surf Side Shores I und II sind 9 stöckigen Gebäuden mit 6 Einheiten pro Etage 1 Meile westlich von Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores hat zwei Strandbäder, eines davon ist eine verlängerte Saison-Pool. Das Anwesen hat auch einen Grillplatz, die beide Gebäude I und II-Leistungen. 2 PKW-Grenze.

Clean , close and comfortable

The only negatives were the smaller bedroom didn't have a dresser because the king size bed took up so much room and left no where to unpack your luggage. Also there was no dish drainer tray for the sink.Overall it was a very pleasant stay and can't wait to return to surf side shores

Check In and out was easy. The property overall could use a few functional updates. The shower door in the front bedroom would not close. The electrical wiring in the master bedroom was questionable. Bring extra blankets. Needs a good deep clean.

OK Condo, Great Location

We love the Surfside Shores building and location, we have stayed at this building before. This condo is in need of a little updating (paint, bathroom fixtures, flooring, etc). There were a few things broken we noticed (closet doors, refrigerator shelves, curtain rods) but overall we had all we needed and a location that was wonderful. It does concern me to stay in a unit where things are broken as I do not want to get blamed for something that I did not do.

Overall pretty good!

This was a nice condo for 4 people. Definitely wouldn't have room for any more. 2nd bedroom was very cramped. Had a king size bed and two small nite stands. No dresser and a small closet. Could use a little updating throughout the condo, but overall we had a nice stay!

We had fun

The only things that needs major improvement in this condo is the cooking utensils. The pots and pans are pretty terrible. Loose handles, beaten up, overused. They need to be replaced as soon as possible. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Great location and walk to the beach. Easy check in/out process. The pull out bed was comfortable compared to many. We would stay here again, but would make sure to bring our own pots and pans for cooking.

Nice place, great view, some things broken

There are a few things that need to be fixed. The closet door in the second bedroom didn’t want to open and close. The fan in that bathroom sounded horrendous. The pillows where really flat. The view was amazing and I loved being right on the beach. My kid really enjoyed the heated pool! The kitchen was stocked well with cooking utensils.

Indiana Fall Breakers

Great property with all amenities of home. Staying in a 2bed 2 bath condo with washer/dryer and dishwasher is a vacation game changer. Gorgeous view of sunrise. Seeing and hearing the ocean from bed in master was perfect. Great balcony seating. This condo was only few feet from elevator and parking was very convenient. Access to beach was easy. Beach area is small but it is private for those staying on property. Master bedroom mattress was a bit flat. Dishwasher left smell on dishes. This was reported at checkout. I would stay at this property again without hesitation. I am already missing the views and ocean waves.

Labor Day Weekend

When we opened the oven door the handle came off and the closet doors were off their tracks. Overallit could’ve used a little refresh on the inside. Pool wasn’t open the 1st day, but they got it open the 2nd day. We had one night when the elevator didn’t work. That being said, nothing was a dealbreaker. It was priced right, the patio furniture was great and we had an awesome view from the 6th floor. The water was perfect during our stay and the location was good-a little quieter than other places we have stayed. Good place for a few days, but if we were going for a longer stay, I would spring for something a little nicer.

Amazing balcony view!

Property was well cleaned when we arrived. Loved the view from the balcony and being right on the beach! The place was full, but we never heard our neighbors at night and everyone was very friendly. The master bed was too soft for my husband – and with the indentations on each side, it may need to be replaced before long. (I prefer soft beds and slept fine.) The furniture in the living room was extremely comfortable and seemed new. (We didn’t use the sofa bed). My husband and daughter fought over the recliner. We enjoyed the pool and finding crabs on the sand at night. Bathrooms by the pool were a nice touch as well. I searched for several weeks to find a 2BR/2BA on the beach with a pool. I really wanted 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom, but we bought pool noodles to put under the fitted mattress for our 2 teenagers and that seemed to work, since it was a king. No one wanted to sleep on the sofa bed because their desire to sleep in > their own space, with parents who get up early to make coffee! My daughter said the bed (closest to the front door) was super comfortable and it was so nice that they had their own bathroom! We walked to Pier 33 grocery several times to get the items we needed through the week. We were very happy with the location and rental property!

Nice place to stay

The condo was nice and the location was great. It seems a little outdated as far as electrical outlets and style of the bathrooms, but that is not anything terrible. The AC was not working when we got there, but one phone call to the office and they had it fixed in just a few hours. Overall it felt very cosy, but probably would not recommend for more than 4 adults. Would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I brought our two teens and both my mother and his mother to the beach. The condo has everything you need to relax on the beach. We were never crowded or disturbed by the other families staying in the condo.
