We had a very bad experience at this condo. The check in was very difficult, we had to ask 5 hours before we arrived how to get in. The registration was very difficult and it took 3 hrs before we actually could get into our unit. The associate that we dealt with was very rude because she had to work pass 5pm. Once we got in we discovered the following No dishwasher - listed on VRBONo cable TV - listed on VRBODouble bed, should be queen. No oven mittsCouch with sheets on it to cover the dirtThere was absolutely nothing as far as salt and pepper, coffee or tea, sugar, paper towel. Most host normally have a started to get you through the first night or two. We messaged Jose and told him we would like to leave and his answer was telling us he is going to let the police know and was getting a lawyer. The next day he sent a girl over with limited English. She reported back there was appliance issues, and we told him that was not the issue. He never ever acknowledged that there was no tv or dishwasher. The night before we checked out we tried to wash our clothes and the washing machine did not work. We ended up having to go to a laundry mat. The bathroom had a sewage smell that we were told comes and goes depending on the wind. Maybe something they should deal with. VRBO was advised of all our issues and acknowledged there was a problem and gave a us a credit.
