Die Gäste werden einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in dieser voll möblierten Wohnung mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3, 5 Bädern verbringen. Drei der Schlafzimmer sind mit Kingsize-Betten ausgestattet, darunter das Haupt- und das Hauptschlafzimmer. Im restlichen Zimmer befindet sich ein Etagenbett für 3 Personen, sodass der gesamte Raum bequem für 9 Personen ist. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer großen Schlafcouch, einem TV und WLAN im gesamten Apartment ausgestattet. Die Küche ist perfekt zum Essen geeignet, da sie mit allen Geräten (Kaffeekanne, Geschirr usw.), Bar-Sitzplätzen für 3 Personen und Küchen-Sitzplätzen für 6 Personen ausgestattet ist, sodass 9 Personen bequem zusammen essen können! Die untere Etage bietet einen Wohnbereich mit Sofas und einem TV sowie eine Veranda. Das Deck bietet Platz für alle Ihre Gäste und einen herrlichen Blick auf die Baumgrenze.

Ein Gemeinschaftspool steht allen zur Verfügung. Der Pool im Erdgeschoss ist von Liegestühlen umgeben. Eine Dusche und ein Bad sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt.

Sie sind nur 10 km von Downtown Harbor Springs entfernt, wo Sie in der Stadt spazieren gehen und Speisen aus Bar Harbor, Piersons oder Kekse aus dem berühmten Tom's Mom's Cookie-Laden genießen können.

Summer Getaway

The condo was spacious and provided plenty of room for our family. The furnishings were comfortable and the location was perfect for getting to Harbor Springs or Petoskey. A beautiful place we will for sure stay there again!

Another great stay!

This property was a great option for our family (3 generations). Very spacious gathering areas for together time yet has places for quiet time too. We all love the deck area especially for nighttime sky watching. Thanks for another great year!

Papa’s Vacation

Our eighth (I think) time to rent this condo. Kitchen was set up the way I would have done it.Our family loves the area and location. Because we rent it as often as possible, I didn’t realize that there was no air conditioning. We brought up extra fans.

Great three-generation vacation stay

This condo was a perfect fit for our family. Grandparents downstairs in own area with bath, kids and grandkids in upstairs bedrooms with their own baths, living and kitchen area between the two floors. Made it easy to enjoy family time but also have quiet time when needed.

Happiness

We wanted to be close by Harbor Springs and Harbor Cove condos as we had a great deal of family staying at the Cove condos. It worked out very well for us. Loved the condo. It has a great floor plan, comfortable furniture, a well stocked kitchen, and very comfortable beds. I would definitely book this condo again at some point. There were a few things that need repairing, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

A time away during the virus

We had a great time in Beth’s home. The pictures do not do it justice as the rooms are huge; the king size beds make the rooms look smaller. It is well maintained and cleaned. I am 74 with some health difficulties, but I had full confidence in staying in this home. The grandkids had fun in the pool and we were able to go up the beach atvPetosky to physically distance. I’d rent it again, pandemic or no pandemic.

Property was comfortable but dated. Entrance was covered with weeds and both decks required cleaning. TV downstairs didn’t work at all. The rooms were hot even overnight the first 3-4 nights with no air units. Oven had not been cleaned and we weren’t to spend time cleaning it. The place was well equipped with cooking utensils even a wine opener. I would suggest more fans if not repairing the air unit.

The Davis Family Vacation

We enjoyed the condo, it fit us perfect. The towels, washcloths, hand towels (only 2 with 3 1/2 baths) were wet in the dryer. There was only 1 dish towel. The floors up stairs had a lot of dog hair and human hair on them. Also need bath mats for the bathroom floors. It was not your fault but we had no electric for 2 days, so thank you for the puzzles and games.

Secluded Northern Michigan Retreat

Our family of 7 loved our stay at this secluded condo between Harbor Springs and Petoskey! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and plenty of bathrooms and hot water for all to enjoy! Loved the 3 levels of living space plus the very nice patio to relax on. Perfect location to enjoy Northern Michigan and The Upper Peninsula. We traveled 2 separate days to the UP and had a wonderful time. Our family travels to Northern Michigan yearly and Harbor Springs/Petoskey is our favorite place to stay. The condo was quiet and secluded and was stocked with all the things any family could want or need including a washer/dryer. The addition of access to the pool, tennis courts, and playground were perfect for our family. The condo was clean and well taken care of by the owners. The owners were responsive to questions and helped quickly with the unexpected loss of electricity one morning. Overall, our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return in the future!

This gorgeous condo is the nicest our family have stayed in over the mamy years we have been visiting Harbor Springs. The end unit has a relaxing and spacious deck we spent many hours enjoying our coffee on and reading. The large couches are extremely comfortable. The owners were very responsive before and during our stay answering many questions and addressing problems. To render this a 5 star experience would involve adding more convenience and amenities such as a hair dryer, kitchen staples of salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee filters, napkins. Also lightbulbs in the bathrooms as many were out. Additional lighting was needed in all areas for reading. Finally, greater attention to kitchen and bathroom detailed cleaning. We are sad to be leaving!

If you stay in summer their is no air. It is not made clear under amenities it list heat and you are supposed to know that there is no air. They have one filthy fan you could use. It was almost 90 every day and the unit was 84 on the first floor. There are a lot of windows because it is a end unit so it really heats up. We had to go to walmart to get some large fans. I wish the listing had clearly stated no air, iI would have found another unit on V RBO.

A great family vacation

This is the second time we have rented this property and we just love being here. The condo is clean and comfortable and has plenty of space for our family of 6. The deck and corner yard provided space for our 3 year old grandson to run and play. The location is great for golf, shopping and beaches. We will be back next year!

The property it self is very nice and comfortable and the photos on VRBO don't due it justice. The cleaning was another story. the stove ceramic top had dirt ring around each burner(my wife bought ceramic to cleaner and cleaned the burners.), the showers had mold and rust(we also cleaned, the oven was amess the self cleaning feature wasn't even run( all we did to fix was run the self cleaning feature). The most concerning item was no garage opener, having to get out of the vehicle put in a code- get back in the vehicle to use the garage every day for 5 weeks was a bit much.
