Genießen Sie in unserem einstöckigen Stadthaus mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern die beste Lage von Moab und die herrliche Natur. Große Aussicht auf das Moab Rim und Gold Bar Rim und nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zur zentralen Innenstadt. A 2 PKW-Garage plus 3 zusätzliche Einfahrt Plätze und reichlich Parken auf der Straße macht dieses Haus sehr bequem zu bringen alle Ihre Anhänger und Spielzeug!

Ein offener Grundriss und viel Platz für alle in Ihrer Gruppe mit einem 60 "TV und Kamin im Wohnzimmer, ein 45" TV im Schlafzimmer, 32 "TV in der Queen-Schlafzimmer, WIFI und eine Waschmaschine / Trockner (Waschmittel ist unter der Voraussetzung). Ein geschützter Innenhof mit einem Kitchen Aid Grill sowie eine Vielzahl von anderen Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien und einen privaten umzäunten Hinterhof macht dieses Haus ideal für Kinder und Haustiere. Zahlreiche Spiele und Reiseführer sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Tischtennisplatte befindet sich in der Garage.

Die Gemeinde Hallenbad ist eines der nur das ganze Jahr über Pools in Moab.

Very nice property with comfortable spaces. Easy access to the property and local sites. I'd definitely recommend this home for anyone visiting Moab. We loved the ability to quickly reach local restaurants and shopping, as well as the national parks and sites. We had one maintenance issue that was quickly and efficiently resolved.

Beautiful property with lots of room to spread out

Close to the main drag in Moab but in a very quiet neighborhood. Well furnished and could easily have slept 6 or more people (we had 4 and were very comfortable). Everything you look for in a short term rental and much more!

Great place

Very clean, updated and within close proximity to everything in Moab. Loved that we could take the dogs too. Master bedroom is very private. Loved having the community pool.

Good place to relax after visiting the parks

Loved this as our “home base” while we were in Moab to visit the parks. Quiet neighborhood with nice views from the backyard. Restaurants and grocery store are a short drive away. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had the tools we needed, and it was clean.

Enjoyed our stay

Condo was nicely appointed with amenities (Aveda soaps) and nicely furnished. Short stay and did not use complex pool. Enjoyed sitting in the backyard. Location to town and nature trails/parks was great.
