Dear Diane, thanks for staying with Hosteeva and reviewing your stay in such a positive way. We are delighted to know the location was convenient for you and you had a great time in NOLA in spite of some noisy neighbors. It's also rewarding to hear you liked our property and appreciated its cleanliness. We look forward to hosting you again in the nearest future! Maggie, Team Hosteeva

Hi Jerry! Thanks for the review and feedback on your stay. We're happy to read you enjoyed the location. Unfortunately, we did not hear from you during your stay to address your concerns on the spot. Hope this addresses your concerns. If there’s anything else we can do, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Best, Jack

Dear Andrea, thank you for your feedback. We’re extremely sorry you had to experience the issues mentioned by you. Please know that we don’t own the entire building but only 1 condo and this makes it difficult to manage the other tenants' behaviour. As per our records, our team involved building management to address the loud noise. Besides, our records show that our guest relations manager has already talked to you and left you happy with the final resolution. Once again, please accept our sincere apologies, and we hope you’ll give us another chance to provide you with a much more pleasurable experience. Vivien
