Geräumiges 2-Schlafzimmer-Apartment mit Meerblick

Das 73 m² grosse Apartment im Erdgeschoss bietet viel Platz fuer Familien und Freunde. Es verfuegt ueber zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei renovierte Badezimmer, einen hellen Wohnbereich mit ausziehbarem Sofa sowie eine moderne Kueche mit Geschirrspueler, Backofen und Essbereich.

Schlafzimmer 1 bietet ein Doppelbett und Platz fuer ein Babybett. Schlafzimmer 2 verfuegt ueber ein Doppelbett und ein 120 cm breites Etagenbett. Eine zusaetzliche Schlafmoeglichkeit fuer ein Kind kann auf Anfrage bereitgestellt werden.

Die grosszuegige private Holzterrasse mit Meerblick ist mit Tisch, Stuehlen und einem eigenen Grill ausgestattet – ideal fuer Mahlzeiten im Freien und entspannte Stunden.

Pool & Aussenbereich

Direkt neben dem Haus befindet sich ein beheizter Aussenpool, der ausschliesslich den Gaesten der fuenf Ferienwohnungen zur Verfuegung steht. Der Pool verfuegt ueber einen separaten Kleinkinderbereich mit 0,4 m Wassertiefe und ist vom 20.04. bis 31.10. geoeffnet.

Rund um den Pool sowie auf der Holzterrasse oberhalb des Pools stehen Liege- und Entspannungsbereiche zur Verfuegung. Die ueberdachte Gemeinschaftsterrasse bietet einen grossen Esstisch, Sitzplaetze und zwei Aussengrills sowie einen schoenen Meerblick.

Lage & Ausstattung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in Lumbarda, nur 6 km von Korcula Town mit ihrer beruehmten Altstadt entfernt. Ein Restaurant befindet sich ca. 150 m entfernt, ein Geschaeft ca. 300 m und das Zentrum von Lumbarda ca. 700 m.

Zur Ausstattung gehoeren Klimaanlage, SAT-TV, kostenloses WLAN und eine Ladestation fuer Elektrofahrzeuge. Ein Parkplatz fuer bis zu 6 Autos befindet sich direkt neben dem Haus.

Der naechste Stein- und Betonstrand ist ca. 60 m entfernt, ein Kiesstrand ca. 600 m und der Sandstrand Przina ca. 2 km.

Aktivitaeten

SUP-Boards koennen am Strand Prvi Zal gemietet werden. Speedboote sind fuer 250 € pro Tag zzgl. Treibstoff verfuegbar (Fuehrerschein erforderlich). Fahrraeder kosten 20 € pro Tag. Haustiere sind gegen eine Gebuehr von 50 € pro Tier und Aufenthalt willkommen.

Anreise

Von Korcula Town erreichen Sie Lumbarda in etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Taxi oder Bus.

Mit dem Auto ist Lumbarda ueber Split und Vela Luka, ueber Ploce und Orebic oder ueber die Peljesac-Bruecke und Orebic erreichbar.

A great quiet place on Korcula.

About 10 minutes from Korcula old city, it was a great space for us to decompress after 12 days of biking. If you are looking for peace and solitude, this is the place! There is a great view of the sea from the pool area.

Great communication, and a very nice, quiet place to stay. It is 10 minutes (20 euro) from Korcula by taxi. A beautiful view from the pool. If you’re looking for a peaceful, small village feel, this is your place!

We’d happily come back.

We stayed 2 days in this apartment and really enjoyed it. The new kitchen was modern and fully equipped with oven and a dishwasher! which made our stay very convenient. The heated pool was a big highlight, clean, warm, and perfect for relaxing. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant short stay with amazing view, just a short walk away from market and restaurant. We’d happily come back.

We stayed here for two nights. Lovely location located within walking distance of the main area of Lumbarda. Spacious room, and we really liked the strong shower pressure! While the weather was poor (we went in March, so it's hit or miss), Tanya went out of her way to ensure that all of our needs were met.

Tanya is an amazing host and human. She provided so much information to prepare us for our stay and was incredibly responsive when we had questions. The house has a great view of the water and with access to plenty of outdoor seating was perfect for our family of 5. There are numerous restaurants, markets and shops in town all within 10-15 minute walk. Lumbarda is so perfect to just unwind and experience the amazing people and culture of Korkula. A few tips: buy the smaller Nescafé pods (we were not well versed and bought the large ones)Laundry can be done by the house host, Oksana, for a small fee. She was so sweet and welcoming when we arrived and made sure we had all we needed during our stay. We visited the winery and the beach, explored Korcula, but we loved being in the serenity of Lumbarda and the Sunshine apartments. We have already recommended the apartment to a friend and hope to be back soon.

Short but great stay

We were only on Korcula for a night but the location was great, the place was lovely and clean and the beds were comfortable. The host was excellent, easy to get in touch with and gave some spectacular recommendations. She also connected us with a local taxi who was extremely responsive.

Lovely apartment in beautiful Lumbarda

This is a very nice, comfortable apartment located within walking distance to great restaurants and vineyards. You can also walk along the water of the very scenic harbor area. A short drive brings you to Korcula town. Once you get tired of the crowds, head back to the peace and quiet of this wonderful oasis!

Nice spot to relax!

Tanja was a great host, met us when we arrived, gave us a lot of advise about the area. The apartment was perfect for 4 of us, clean and bright. The pool was a great place to relax. It is a bit of a walk to town, about 15 minutes which is where the store and restaurants are. There is a rocky beach close by and a lovely promenade too.

When I was 20 years old I visited the island and instantly fell in love with it. Turquoise blue bays, crystal clear water, charming old town with its cute stone streets, relaxing mindset of the local people and green pine forests instantly grew to my heart. When the opportunity came to buy this house, me and my partner instantly knew that this is where we would like to enjoy our passion for the Adriatic Sea and pass it forward to others.

I keep staying without breath every time I step to the balcony and see a spectrum of stunning blue colours. I just keep falling in love with this Island over and over again, that is also why we make sure that your stay at our apartments is accompanied with tips and tricks that only local people are aware of - like for example where to buy fresh fish, which secluded beach to visit, where to get the best steak on the Island and the how to rent a small boat and exploring the secret bays of Korcula.
My spouse and I believe that what goes around comes around, so we give a lot of love and attention to many details in this house in order for you to feel comfortable, welcomed and safe.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

When I first visited the Island I heard that people from all over the Island are coming to bath on the two famous sandy beaches in Lumbarda, Przina and Bilin Zal. That was my first clue that Lumbarda must be a special place.

Not so fond of the sandy beaches I was happy to discover many little bays with pebble and the naturist part of the beaches too. Many little islands reachable in a few minutes with the boat give even more opportunities to have the beach all for yourself and enjoy the peace and quietness even in peak season, so this is another benefit of this place. The water everywhere is so beautifully clear!

On the other hand you can reach Korcula old town in just a few minutes with a car or bus, so it's great when you want to go and have a romantic walk around the city walls or drink a cocktail to celebrate something special.

It was not easy to find a new, renovated house on the Island, so we grabbed the opportunity to buy this one, since it was not only new and with a private pool, but it was also decorated by an artist and had many fabulous colourful pictures inside the house. So many people say that they feel wonderful at our place and that brings us extreme pleasure!

We love the local beaches in Lumbarda, whilst trips to Pupnatska Luka, Racisce and Prizba are fantastic. The main road through the island is very good and getting to the little bays can be a little exciting but the rewards are well worth it! If you hire a small boat for a day engine and you can drive round the local islands. Most evenings our guest returns to their lovely apartment and take another swim in the bay before getting ready for a night out.
