Just the perfect place to stay in the Moab area. In the mornings you can watch the sun rise behind the La Sals then in the evenings watch the shadows creep up the red rocks to the east as the sun sets behind the Moab Rim. The small deck is a great place to hang out, and the indoor space is super efficient with two rooms with beds, a full kitchen and a utility room with washer and dryer. I work part time as a data analyst and the wifi was fast enough to allow me to move gigabyte plus sized files from to and from my laptop to servers easily. When I wasn't working I was riding a mountain bike and this place was a great place to base from with a covered spot to store bikes and a hose to clean them up after a few days of riding, I was a little concerned when renting this place that it would be too far out of town proper but found it to be the perfect mix of close enough to get to things I wanted to do there but far enough away to avoid the craziness of town when It was super busy. I will definitely be back!

Best views in Moab! Perfect stay!

The home was perfect for our month stay. The views from every room as well as the deck were amazing! The home was quiet and peaceful yet close to get to everything. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Catherine and Don are wonderful hosts! They thought of everything possible to make our stay comfortable . We can’t wait to return and we highly recommend staying here. Look no further.

Delightful and peaceful apartment with wonderful views

Very nice. It felt like a new apartment. Clean,, well arranged , comfortably stocked and well maintained with nice modern appliances. It's on the top floor of a detached garage structure and this contributed to the privacy. The grounds are spacious and there is easy and adequate parking.

Everything was great. Neither my wife nor I had any complaints. Hosts were very pleasant and helpful without being intrusive. Beautiful views from all windows. Close enough to town so as not to be inconvenient. Far enough from the road to be very quiet. Comfortably appointed, kitchen had everything needed to prepare a full meal. Online photos don't do it justice. In short, it made for a perfect stay while visiting Moab.

Excellent accomodations in great location

We have used many VRBO properties and not all are as advertised. This rental was exactly as advertised. The house was exactly as shown and was exceptionally clean. Catherine and Don went above and beyond to make their rental space welcoming. There were supplies that I needed and forgot to bring (scissors, notepads, shopping bags, etc.). The location was nice as it was out of the busy downtown area of Moab and the VIEWS! We stayed a month and I can easily see us returning next fall.

Living the Dream

It has been my dream to spend a significant amount of time traveling Utah’s Mighty Five as well as other points of interest in Utah and Arizona. Retirement and the Guest Nest allowed my husband and I to spend 7 peaceful, problem-free weeks living the dream. The views from every window in every room (including the shower!!) are spectacular and I miss that so much already. Morning coffee outside on the deck, watching the sun rise over the mountains, listening to the wind whisper through the trees, reminds us to begin each day with a grateful heart. Don’t be surprised if a hummingbird joins you! From the deck at night, under a spectacular blanket of stars, we realize how small we are. The Guest Nest has every “thing” you need, but more importantly, it allows access to what’s needed most: peace, tranquility, rest, renewal, and the wild freedom of the great outdoors. Thank you, Catherine, for providing such a beautiful place for us to live the dream! We look forward to seeing you again someday!

We LOVED staying at the Guest Nest for a month. It has everything you need for a long-term stay and is such a comfortable spot, plus the best launch pad to explore Utah. Wonderful stay - best view ever!

My girlfriend and I LOVED the Guest Nest! The view was the best we’ve had at any Airbnb. The place was clean and very well decorated. Lots of space. Fast WiFi - supported two people working from home full time. Great location - super close to Moab and Arches and Canyonlands. Catherine and Don were wonderfully friendly hosts! Super responsive and very helpful. We’re looking forward to staying again soon

Wonderful Moab property and location

You will be able to experience the red rock cliffs, mountain bike trails, hiking and ancient petroglyphs within minutes of this vrbo properly. Beautiful views of the La Sal mountains will begin each day.

Beautiful views, clean, quiet and well-appointed.

The Guest Nest has beautiful views from every window. It is clean, quiet, and well-appointed. Being able to walk to Hidden Valley Trail is a plus. Moab is a short 4-5 mile drive for groceries, etc. Newly added desk and office chair in one of the bedrooms made working much more comfortable than working at the kitchen island. Catherine is very accommodating and responsive to all inquiries.
