Mit 3 Schlafzimmern und einem Schlafraum für die Kinder, 3 geräumigen Badezimmern, einem offenen Sozialbereich, direktem Zugang zum Pool und einem wunderschönen Strand vor Ihrer Haustür bietet dieses geräumige Haus alles, was Sie für einen perfekten Familienurlaub wünschen können!

An den Tagen, an denen Sie gerne kochen, ist eine große offene Küche der richtige Ort, an dem Sie sich ein Festmahl zubereiten können. Laden Sie dann die Spülmaschine auf und gehen Sie für einen Abend auf die Terrasse im Erdgeschoss. Ziehen Sie die Terrassenstühle hoch, spielen Sie Karten und unterhalten Sie sich bis spät in den Abend hinein, während die Küstenbrise die Hitze des Tages mildert.

Our crew of 9 really enjoyed our stay. The 1st floor access to the pool and beach was super convenient. The proximity to local restaurants (some within easy walking distance) was great. Daily free use of two chairs and an umbrella on the beach was a nice bonus too. The condo also comes fairly well equipped with kitchen amenities allowing us to prepare meals as-needed.There were a few things keeping me from rating the property 5 stars. One, the AC broke on the final day/night of our stay and it got to like 80 degrees inside. The tv in the master bedroom was barely usable as it has lines and a burn-in screen going through it. Only one of the closets had any hangers in it. There are no hooks for towels and you are not allowed to hang towels over the railing to dry. (We put towels on our rail one time for about 10 min while we were in the hot tub and received a note on our front door from management). Beware that management is VERY strict with their rules (pool rules, parking rules, towel rules, etc.). There is a lady that comes out like every 15 minutes to make sure no drinks are within 4 feet of the pool and they are strict about before and after hours on the pool deck as well. All in all we were happy with our stay, had a good time and would recommend this property to others with 9 or fewer people.

Overall, we were a bit disappointed in this unit. We’ve stayed at The Azure several times and will not rent this unit again because of the following concerns. We hate to complain, but we thought we needed to let you know so the next family does not have to. I will be attaching pictures also…1. The latch on the gate going out to the pool was broken. We asked maintenance to fix it for us because it was a major safety concern. 2. Two outlets in the twin bed bedroom were exposed. Another major safety concern and code violation. 3. The door is missing from the laundry room. When doing laundry it’s very loud. 4. The oven takes forever to heat up and cook food5. Far right knob on stove extremely loose. Turns on even if you bump into it. 6. Faucet in kitchen sprays everywhere while on7. Suggestion… Put dressers in bedrooms. There is nowhere to put anything when you empty your suitcases. 8. Rug in living room is filthy. It really needs to be replaced.9. Couch in living room is very broken down. We had to put pillows under it to sit on it. 10. Suggestion… a chair in living room10. The sliding door track is filthy11. Overall, the condo is not the cleanest.

The PERFECT location

This should really be 4.5 stars, but that isn't an option. I will start with the pros: - The management team is phenomenal! Our flight arrived early Saturday morning and check-in wasn't until 4pm, but they made accommodations for us to store our luggage, change into our swimsuits, and they weren't the least bit bothered when we needed back into the alternate room to grab things from our suitcase throughout the day. - The location of the room is absolutely perfect! It opens up to the hot tub and the heated pool. This was nice, as we had a 7 month old with us and she could be inside napping, while we sat outside our room at the pool with the baby monitor. - Plenty of space for 6 adults, 2 kids and a baby - Loved that there were beach toys and a wagon there to use - The pack n play came in very handy, as it was one less thing we had to travel with - We cook almost every meal for the week in the room, so having a crockpot was nice. I could prepare the meat ahead of time and leave it in the crockpot for everyone to eat whenever they were hungry. With that being said- there wasn't a pizza pan, or even a pan big enough to put a cooked pizza on. I know the owner will gladly reimburse for anything bought, but it felt like more of a hassle to go out and buy an item, especially since we discovered we didn't have a pan big enough after the pizza was cooked. (I brought this to the company's attention after our vacation was complete and they said they would've gladly had someone deliver a pizza pan to us right away! So that is useful info for any future stays!) The only con: I am not a neat freak, by any means, but there were a few things we noticed throughout our stay in terms of cleanliness that could be improved. I don't expect perfection, as I know the turnaround time between guests leaving and new guests arriving, is short- especially when rushing to get us in because we arrived early. I just feel like when we are paying the amount of money we did for the week, I expected more. With that being said- this is NOT an issue that would prevent me from staying in this unit again. The pros FAR exceed the one minimal con!

We LOVE 106!!

We had a previous place booked and they cancelled last minute so LUCKILY we were able to find this place!!! We were weary of staying on the floor level, BUT we LOVED it!!! It was so nice being able to sit on the patio and watch the kids swim. We also didn’t have to drag the sandy items through the room so that means less sand in the room!! The room had plenty of room for the 9 of us!!! It was very clean, updated, and extremely nice!!! The furniture was my kinda style so I loved it all! We arrived early and they were able to get us in sooner than check in which was a huge plus!! If you are questioning renting this place, DO IT!!! We have already asked about booking it again for a later date!!! The pool was steps away from the room and it was warm, the hot tub felt amazing, and the beach service was a plus. Like I said. BOOK IT!! You will NOT be disappointed!!!

Spring Break

Our stay was amazing. We truly enjoyed all the space provided, and there were plenty of beds to accommodate the family. Everyone was very comfortable the whole time. There was plenty of dishes and cook ware in the kitchen. The location is right in front of the pool and hot tub, making things extremely convenient. It is even right in front of the parking garage. We loved our stay and will be back :)

Great Location and Amenities

We had a fabulous week at this Azure condo. This first floor condo is literally about 10 steps from the pool. So convenient. And only a short walk to the beach. When we arrived and noticed a problem with the coffee maker, I texted the owner and we had a new one delivered early the next morning. Very responsive host and a perfect condo and location for a relaxing time with family. We will be back!

Great vacation

First off the condo is super nice , minus a few small inconveniences such as one of the stove burners did not work. The condo comfortably fit our family of twelve. The walk to the beach was not far at all. However I rented an extra set of chairs and umbrella for Mon-Thur and was only reserved those On Monday and Tuesday. The rest of the week we did not even have the regular chairs that are supposed to come with the condo. This was a tad frustrating as we had a large group with us. We made the best of it and spent most of our time by the pool. I prefer to be on the beach but when you have no umbrella for shade it can make it harder to enjoy especially when you have a small child and elderly people. If you’re thinking of renting this condo I recommend it. It’s a. I’ve place and parking is great.

Perfect family place

We traveled with our family of all ages and the location and easy access to the pool, beach, car, etc was nothing short of perfect! Rooms were just what we needed, comfortable beds, cozy living environment, amenities beyond what we needed…had a couple issues that were addressed immediately with great communication with staff. We would definitely recommend this condo and come back again! Thank you!

All and all, we were pretty disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the facility. The pictures seem very outdated on the listing vs in person. All the baseboards look like they may be rotting and are old. The inside of the bunk beds were full of crumbs and dirt on the sides. Not sure the last time under the TV stand was ever swept (my kids kept losing their toy cars under it so that’s why this was noticed). Shower curtain is stained and has holes in it. Black “stuff” on the ceiling and walls in master shower. The beach cart that stays on the property has never been cleaned. Old cigarette butts in it. Very limited water pressure throughout entire condo. The cleanliness aspect was not brought to their attention because it wasn’t just one area, it was multiple. We will not stay in this condo again. We have stayed in azure 101 with no issues. Much cleaner and nicer and up to date. Azure itself is fine. Lots of “rules” to follow so just be aware! This was a Super convenient condo as far as location especially with kids. The washer was broken first day but the company did send someone out to fix it within the day. Check in and check out process very simple.

Annual booking

For the last three years we've booked this same location at Fort Walton beach and continue to enjoy our time. The first floor access is perfect for our family. The booking process and communication is outstanding, with no problems. This year we even got earlier access and was so grateful to have this as it truly gave us an additional day in our condo. Only recommendations might be enhancing the space with newer furnishings and decor, kitchen items (as I was aware other condos had air fryers, etc..), and patio mat or beach item. Fabulous location!

Great condo for multi families. First time staying on first floor of a condo and was wonderful for easy access to the pool and beach!

Christmas in Florida

Check in was easy & we were able to check in early! The condo was not very clean it also smelled like wet dog, the cleaning crew did the bare minimum. The kitchen was equipped well. The stater pack was generic. We had to buy our own toilet paper, laundry pods & garbage bags. No beach towels was an issue and we had to do several loads of laundry to keep enough bath towels clean for 8 people all week. There was a beach wagon there but it was broken along with only 2 beach chairs that were tiny, only children could sit in them. No beach toys, we had to purchase things to take to the beach. The throw pillows on the couches are gross and stained. The master bedroom/ bathroom had some sort of leak there was water coming up through the flooring. I would not return or recommend this condo.

Love Azure!!

Condo was set up nicely and had the most comfortable beds I have ever had at Azure. Could use a couple of dressers, and a new coffee maker. 😊 We love ground floor and the four bedrooms and can’t wait to go back next year! ❤️❤️❤️

Location is perfect,If I were to make a recommendation,I would upgrade the kitchen utensils,like coffee cups from a church,,and the only plastic cups from like a 7 11..etc. But the location is 5 star

My father had deteriorated and had a stroke then almost died. Other family members really enjoyed the time and interaction.
