Wir freuen uns, Ihnen mitteilen zu können, dass der Pool von Village Walk Phase 1 jetzt beheizt ist!
Offen, hell und luftig, macht dieses neu errichtete Haus mit dem Namen "With a Splash" seinem Namen alle Ehre und bietet mit seinen vier Schlafzimmern und 4 1/2 Bädern bequem Platz für 11 Personen. Im ersten Stock gibt ein Kingsize-Schlafzimmer mit Vollbad den Ton für luxuriöse Schlaf- und Badeanstalten an und ist über einen privaten Eingang erreichbar. Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie ein Wohnzimmer, in dem Sie fernsehen, spielen oder einfach nur entspannen können, während Sie den Pool betrachten. Ein Queensize-Schlafsofa für zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeiten und eine Küchenzeile sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Im zweiten Stock finden Sie zwei Master King-Badezimmer sowie ein zusätzliches Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und einem oberen Hochbett darüber. Dieses Schlafzimmer hat auch ein eigenes Vollbad und eine Dusche auf dem Flur. Wunderschön verarbeitete Holzböden schaffen sowohl im zweiten als auch im dritten Stock ein schönes Ambiente. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner befinden sich ebenfalls im zweiten Stock. Abgerundet wird die fabelhafte Küche in der dritten Etage durch einen speziell angefertigten Bauern-Esstisch für 14 Personen und einen 55-Zoll-Fernseher im Wohnbereich mit Surround-Sound für die Zusammenkunft der Familie in den Abendstunden. Übersteigen Sie es mit einem Außendeck, um den Ozean und die spektakulären Abendsonnenuntergänge zu sehen, und das einzige, was das verbessern könnte, ist der Aufzug, der Sie in die oberste Etage bringt. Draußen gibt es Parkplätze für zwei in der Garage und drei weitere Fahrzeuge in der Einfahrt. Alle Schlafzimmer haben individuelle Ausstattungsmerkmale und Fernseher in den Zimmern. Der private Pool befindet sich außerhalb hat auch Zugang zu einem WC auf dem Deck außerhalb. Viele Steckdosen im Haus und ein zentrales Entfeuchtungssystem sorgen mit Sicherheit auch für ausreichend Anziehungskraft und machen dieses Anwesen in diesem Sommer zu einem echten Hit. Planen Sie vor der Reise nach Port Aransas / Village Walk die korrekte Anzahl der von Ihnen gefahrenen Fahrzeuge gemäß den folgenden Regeln:

1) Mit A Splash bietet VW 60 4 gepflasterte Parkplätze, 3 in der Einfahrt und 1 in der Garage, für 4 mittelgroße Fahrzeuge. Wenn Sie einen Golfwagen mieten, muss dieser in eines Ihrer 4 Felder passen.

2) Parkanhänger werden von Port Aransas Escapes Vacation Rentals zur Verfügung gestellt.

3) Alle Fahrzeuge müssen in der Einfahrt des VW 60 abgestellt sein. Kein Parken an der Straße, kein Parken in den roten Zonen und kein Parken in anderen Village Walk-Auffahrten

4) Im Village Walk sind keine Boote, Anhänger, Busse oder Wohnmobile gestattet

Our family booked this property to celebrate my mother-in-law’s 70th birthday. The house was great! The elevator was so helpful & ideal to have in a multi-level house. The pool was very enjoyable & we used the huge dining table for games & mealtimes. We would recommend this property to others. Management was very responsive & was able to allow access to the property a few hours earlier which was great.

Our first time using VRBO and it was a great experience. Lots of Wow with the home and we all had a nice time enjoying our stay. Only 2 hiccups which was the pool and fridge not clean. Other than that the place was very comfortable, clean, accommodating and impeccable taste in decor, linens, and functionality. We'd love to stay there again next year. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one.

Port Aransas Family Vacation

This was a beautiful house with plenty of room for our multi-generational family. We all loved the pool! Our grandsons (ages 5 and 10) really liked the bunk room. The adults appreciated the 3 king beds. The elevator was so convenient especially when going from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor kitchen and living room, despite hearing loud intermittent hums during the night. Also the door handle on the 2nd floor was loose and came off when pulling the door closed while getting on the elevator. The main complaint was that the listing said it was a 2-3 minute walk to the beach which was totally false. We could see a walkover close by but we couldn’t use it since it was for a neighboring community. I called the company number and was told that we would need to drive to the beach and we would have to purchase a parking pass from a convenience store. That was a disappointment! Overall we enjoyed the house and the pool but we were bummed about no beach access from the house. K&J Anderson

The property is not as described, There is no beach access and no 3 minute walk to Holiday Beach. (I was told afterwards that there is no Holiday Beach in Port Aransas.) The house is nice but if you do drive your car or rent a golf cart, be prepared to stay all day - this beach is so busy in July your parking space will vanish if you ever dared move you car. I contacted the host who said there is nothing they can do to correct the misinformation on the VRBO website. I’m trying to work with VRBO to get beach access issue that changed, but it’s proving to be very difficult.

The place is great except the listed location

The place itself is amazing — very modern, spacious, and perfect for a large family. We had a great time staying at the house and really appreciated the comfort and setup.There were two things I wish had been better. First, the kitchen didn’t have any spices for cooking — not even the basics like salt and pepper. It would’ve been nice to have a few essentials provided.Second, and more importantly, the listing mentioned the house was just a 3-minute walk to the beach, which was a major reason I booked it. In reality, the walk took about 18–25 minutes because there’s no direct access — we had to go all the way around to get there. Since I was counting on easy beach access, I didn’t rent a golf cart, and that made things a bit inconvenient. I really wish the listing had been more accurate about the location and access.Other than that, everything else was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our time at the house.

great family get-away

comfortable, clean house that met our needs. kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. great floor plan, comfortable beds, good location - great views of the ocean especially from the rooftop deck. 1/2 mile drive to the beach - no walking access to the beach - not a big deal though. Pool was convenient - but could have been cleaner - a lot of debris and sand. pool cleaning service came by toward end of our stay but left sand in the pool. clothes dryer didn't seem to dry clothes very well.

Beautiful property with private pool!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we loved the property and having a private pool all to ourselves was amazing! It was beautifully decorated and furnished with plenty of dishes, comfortable beds and seats for everyone. Having a garage to store beach stuff was fantastic! I wish there had been a few more bath towels (only 1 per person) and beach access (boardwalk to the beach). When I clicked "beach access" and "beach view" on the website, this property came up, but I discovered the website reads the filters as "or" not "and" so it was showing me properties with beach access OR beach view (not both). The elevator also makes some noise even when not in use. Most of the rooms could not hear it, but the first floor bedroom could and it woke me up hourly the first night until I got some earplugs. The microwave/vent hood above the stove doesn't seem to work, but they also have a counter microwave. Overall, we liked it but probably wouldn't stay there again due to having to drive to the beach.

Coming back to ‘With a Splash’

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This amazing rental has 3 king bedrooms and a bunk room, which is hard to find, an elevator, and a beautiful pool. It just doesn’t get any better than that for our family. We enjoyed a short golf cart ride to the beach and also loved that we could walk out the back and swim in our own pool. Bedrooms were down stairs so some could sleep and others could visit upstairs. The view from the 3rd floor balcony was perfect, but the view from the roof was amazing! The open floor plan on the third floor was just right for our extended family of ten. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept and when we needed anything the management team was quick to respond with a solution. We are definitely coming back to this property in the future.

Beach weekend

This is the perfect house for a large family or group. There were 7 adults and one toddler and we all had enough room to spread out. House might be a problem for people who can’t handle climbing stairs but there is an elevator although not all areas are accessible unless by stairs. The kitchen is fully stocked so no need to bring anything except for food. Master bed sheets didn’t quite fit but we made it work. House decor is lovely and the furniture very comfortable and we loved having our own pool. Beach is a long walk away so you will need a golf cart or vehicle to get there, easy drive there though!

Great location, great service.

The property was just as described. Very nice and clean inside. Having a pool was great. Very close to the beach. Definitely get a golf cart rental to keep your car sand free and to make bringing gear to the beach easy. There was an initial issue with the AC and the management company bent over backwards to get it fixed. The only downside was no beach or pool towels. I bought a couple cheap ones at the store. Overall, a great experience!

Short and terrible stay

Zero response to questions with property. No parking passes provided. Washing machine was broken. Had to use another rental property to do our laundry. Elevator sometimes worked. When getting ready to leave for checkout we have delivery truck parked in front of our cars so we could. It leave They were delivering a new washer. Nobody informed of this delivery and the guys just walked in without asking. I hsd teenage boys taking showers when they just barged in . Also, dishes not work. Terrible stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this home because it had the space we wanted for our extended family, especially in the kitchen. The pool was refreshing. While the space was nice, we experienced numerous maintenance issues. The management company was able to quickly remedy the propane, clothes dryer, and other small issues. However, this property needs maintenance. Ice machine continued to freeze, paint touch up is needed, and the sofas and chairs should be replaced as they have lost their bounce.Our big issue was with the main floor bedroom and sitting room. There was no closet, drawers, or cubbies, for our clothes. Only 6 hooks and a bench for shoes. We ended up living out of our suitcases. Additionally, the blinds are thin and did not block the light from the house next door. We had to hang a towel over the window to try to block the light.I also thought it was an odd choice of dishes that could only go in the top shelf of the dishwasher. We ended up using paper plates.We made it work but won’t stay here again.

This house was setup nicely and had all the things you need to have a large group stay together. Beach towels on property would have been helpful, especially if you weren't driving and had to fly in. We had plenty of space and the decor was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was everything that we’d hoped for. It is a large house, you had to make sure that you had all your ducks in a row when you were leaving one floor to go to another, or you’d put in a lot of steps up and down. You could be lazy and use the elevator though. When we arrived the elevator was not working, our management team sent maintenance over within minutes. The team thought that they would need to order a part. I called back a couple days later and they actually sent the owner of the elevator company over in just a few minutes, he adjusted the electronic eyes and had it working soon after. Excellent service both from our management team and their employees!!! If you want a large, beautiful home to rent, this is it!!

Beautiful Disappointment

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at WITH A SPLASH. Last time it was a pristine experience, so we had no issues with staying here again. There were only a couple of issues this time, but one was a pretty big deal. The elevator was inoperable from the moment we arrived and was not repaired during our stay. The issue was definitely addressed and they had maintenance come but were unable to fix it. An elevator company was reached out to, but nobody had arrived by the time we departed. This made things very difficult to have to carry our items up so many flights of stairs. One of our party actually fell down the stairs but she was luckily not seriously injured. The second issue was the freezers ice dispenser was frozen over and was not able to provide ice, nut that was not a huge issue.Had the elevator worked normally, this would have been another amazing experience. So I hope they had it repaired or at least advised the next renters that it was inoperable.All other aspects of the rental were amazing. Port A Escapes staff are very friendly and easy to work with.I am hoping this gets situated so we can consider giving it another chance next year. We shall see.

Family Reunion

We had a great time! Loved the decor and the pool was perfect. The elevator was great for parents in their 70s and for moving in/checking out. Loved the rooftop deck with ocean views. Great sunrises and the ocean breeze/crashing wave sounds were great for after dark socializing. We rented golf carts for trips back and forth to the beach. There is no beach access, but we knew that before we made the reservation. The carts were fun and kept our vehicles free of sand. Rated 4 stars only because the dishwasher was unusable secondary to mold so we just kept it closed and hand washed. The bed sheets were the other reason for 4 stars. They were were not soft and were actually noisy when they rubbed against each other. They were like a lightweight, canvas tarp. Otherwise, the beds were very comfortable.

Very nice house.

Property was nice and clean. It rain the whole time we were there. Only things that were bad was serval windows leaked and the bottom floor back door water leaked in but the house and area was great.

Cute home but disappointed.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is nice and well decorated. But upon arrival we were notified that the elevator was not working and someone would be by the next day to work on it. Not real fun when a family of 9 has to bring groceries up three flights of stairs. Also, after an hour of being there my one year old grandson's knees and tops of feet were so dirty from crawling on the 3rd floor. The dishwasher had mold on the inside. Management company did send someone over the next day to clean mold from the dishwasher and they said they would clean floor but we were all up there so I told them that was not convenient and we would deal with it (I took a paper towel and cleaned as much of floor as possible). I just feel for the price I paid and covid everything should have been cleaned by the time of check in. The units are so close together and the neighbor on the side of the bedrooms left the porch light on so the downstairs bedroom was like daylight all night. Tried putting up beach towels but did not help. The following morning I took grandkids out to private pool and found a dead mouse in it, management did send someone over to fish it out but pool company didn't come till next day to maintenance the pool. Overall, not our best experience with a VRBO.
