Willkommen im Harbor Place im wunderschönen Orange Beach! Diese direkt am Golf gelegene Immobilie in der obersten Etage bietet alles! Innen- / Außenpool mit Whirlpool, überdachtem Parkplatz, Grillplatz und vielem mehr! Die Aussicht von Ihrem Balkon ist fantastisch! Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und die Master-Suite hat riesige Fenster, die sich zu den Klängen des Golfs von Mexiko öffnen lassen. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine brandneue Schlafcouch für zusätzliche Gäste oder zwei, falls erforderlich. Vom gesamten Wohnbereich genießen Sie Blick auf den Strand. Sie haben hier alles, was Sie brauchen. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, gemütliche Möbel und Wäschemöglichkeiten in der Einheit, um nur einige zu nennen. Wonderful Place to Stay

512 Harbour Place is a 97 out of 100 for a beach front condo. The balcony view of the beach can't be beat! We loved the cleanliness of the condominium's pool, hot tub, parking areas and boardwalk. It is a wonderful place to stay! when the owners replace that worn out recliner it will be a 100 out of 100!

Great Beach Vacay Place

Great two bedroom place for our family of four. Beach front access to a beach that was not crowded. Great beach view from the balcony. Seafood store across the street will sell you fresh steamed shrimp by the pound, and fish you can cook in the condo.

Christmas Trip

We opted to have a week on the beach, for Christmas...instead of unnecessary gifts. Loved it. The place was the perfect size for our family of 4. Plenty of fun to be had all around!

Beautiful Oceanfront View!

Condo was nice and as described. Could use a few more kitchen supplies such as a baking sheet. Loved the large balcony with table. Pool and hot tub were nice.

Perfect Thanksgiving Vacation

The property was clean, and just as advertised. The view from the master bedroom and balcony were beautiful even in the foggy mornings. This unit was perfect for two adults, a 6 year old and 3 year old. We hope to be back again soon and will definitely be renting this unit.

Beach Trip 2019

My family and I have stayed at Harbour Place for the last 10 years through VRBO and we love the location and the family atmosphere. The pool is half inside and half outside and is nice to get in out of the sun if you need to. We have been going to the coast for 18 years and we love this location. Thank you Poole and Associates for another great family vacation.

Very nice! Love the ocean view especially from the bed!

Nothing better then waking up the soothing sound of the ocean waves hitting the warm sand of the beautiful white beach! Very nice condo, just the right size for us and our 2 grandchildren. The kids enjoyed the indoor/outdoor swimming pool. The only complaint we would have is the deck area around the outside pool was small and not many places to sit, but being a smaller complex it was never crowed. We will definitely be going back to this unit.

Smaller than it looks

The condo was conveniently located on Orange Beach. The condo has a nice layout but the pictures make it seem a lot larger than it really was. The second bedroom is pretty small and cramped. All in all we had a great time and loved being right in the beach though!

It was ok. Older than the pictures looked. Rather had a keyless entry so we didn’t have to keep up with keys. Also, sheets had been left on the sofa sleeper.

Unit looks out on Gulf. Older building but well kept and great location. Two nits - would be 5 Star otherwise * Keys seemed to barely fit in lock - property manager came out and lubricated it and said they would replace it * Minimal supplies - single rolls of paper towels and toilet tissue

Need to replace sofabed

The condo was great...EXCEPT for the sofabed. It was terrible, no cushioning at all. It was just bars and springs. With the amount of money soent on the condo it was disappointing, but everything else was good.

Not quite what we expected

Loved the view and location but was sad that the inside of condo needed updates and deep cleaning. No way is the sleeper sofa close to being new! When we arrived the toilet seat in the main bathroom was not even attached. The whole place seemed dusty and the master bathroom had mold. The lock on the door was hard to get open. The master bedroom ceiling fan would only go one speed-hi and light didn’t work. However, the porch and ocean view was wonderful!

we had a blast! Our room was not super clean like it should have been!! couch bed still had old sheets on the bed that were dirty! The door handle on the slide door for the balcony was broke, the sliding door was very hard to open to were we almost couldnt open it at all to enjoy our balcony!! hallways smellled! couldve been better

Everything was clean, there were things that normally aren't in condos such as: Cleaning supplies, lots of extra towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, food seasoning, cooking oil, plenty of pots and pans I could go on and on. This condo has a king bed, queen bed and a new sofa bed (all are comfortable). The beach was perfect I wish I could upload some photos, just abso gorgeous . When we stayed (4/29/2021-5/2/2021), it was not overcrowded and had plenty of parking. The only recommendation I have is repairing/replacing the sliding door to the balcony. It's very hard to open/close and SOOOO heavy. I recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice clean place with a great view and reasonable price.

Comfortable

This is a low key, good location and comfortable stay. *Location was nice *view was beautiful *check in process was great *they have a precious older security guard who is welcoming and kind. The place has a few things that need to be fixed. The first thing that should be on the list before booking any more vacationers-the couch. The couch is in terrible condition. We were unable to sit on it unless we used the extra throw pillows to sit on. We had planned to use the couch as a sleeper sofa. It was unusable. We had to go to Walmart and get a blow up mattress, which was a brat and an added, unnecessary expense. A few other suggestions: *The door headed to balcony is extremely heavy. So heavy, you have to put all your weight on to close and to open! *A keyless entry knob would be really convenient over holding on to a small key.
