Das große Einfamilienhaus in Upper Warriors Mark bietet ein weitläufiges Layout und viel Platz für mehrere Familien oder eine große Gruppe. Genießen Sie nach einem langen Tag einen privaten Whirlpool im Freien und kochen Sie eine Mahlzeit für einen König mit erstklassigen Geräten in der Gourmetküche! Das Haus verfügt über einen Wohnbereich auf der obersten Ebene mit einem Holzkamin und einem TV sowie einen Sitzbereich auf der oberen Ebene, der zum Entspannen und Lesen einlädt, und einen Spielbereich auf der unteren Ebene mit einem TV, einem Holzkamin, einem Billardtisch, einem Tischkicker und Pub-Sitzen. Es gibt eine große Garage für 2 Autos mit einem zweiten Kühlschrank.

Läuft täglich von 7.30 bis 23.00 Uhr; ungefähr alle 20 Minuten (3-mal pro Stunde) und nehmen / bringen Sie Gäste im Marriott (Basis von Peak 9) und der Eisbahn zum Transfer zu anderen Stützpunkten. * Der Ski Shuttle unterliegt der Verfügbarkeit während der Skisaison und kann von SkyRun nicht garantiert werden.


PARKEN: Das Parken in Breckenridge ist strikt durchgesetzt. Um ein Abschleppen oder ein Ticket zu vermeiden, halten Sie sich stets an die ausgeschilderten Schilder und Parkmöglichkeiten. Wenn Sie zusätzliche Parkplätze für mehr Autos benötigen, bietet die Stadt Breckenridge in zwei Stadtteilen gebührenpflichtige Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten an: 1) südlich der Stadt an der Stephen West Ice Arena und 2) nördlich der Stadt (auch Wohnmobile und Wohnwagen) der Airport Road-Satellitenparkplatz. WARNUNG: 4WD- oder AWD-Fahrzeuge, die im Winter erforderlich sind, Schnee und Eis befinden sich auf allen Oberflächen, einschließlich Einfahrten und Straßen. Family fun days

This was perfect for our indecisive and big family. I wasn't sure how it would work out, but the house was PERFECT. It was fun figuring out who would sleep where. Everyone was extremely happy. I am grateful for the time we were able to spend together in such a wonderful home.

Nice house with plenty of room and enough bathrooms with showers. The hot tub was very clean. The location was as very good for feeling like you were in the mountains and nature, but also very close to town. There were a few maintenance issues but not enough to cause stress. Supplies like paper goods and dishwasher soap could have been better. Overall - it was a great vacation.

Great stay! Plenty of space for large families

We had a great time at this property. The views are incredible and there is plenty room for a large family. It is very accessible to town but not in a very crowded area. We had a snow storm one of the days we were there but we had no problem moving around because plowing is very efficient and the rental company sends people to shovel snow around the house. Overall we enjoyed every inch of the property!

Golf Trip Getaway

Perfect house for me and 12 of my amigos for our annual golf trip. The house needs a little bit of updating but it looks like they are in the beginning stages of doing so. The beds are comfortable and I didn’t hear any negative feedback from anyone in the group. Would stay here again.

This place was perfect for our large group. Although the home does show that is it used quite a bit it worked out great for us. Parking was a situation due to the excessive amount of snow they had just gotten but we made it work. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.

Cozy home with loads of space

The Property Management company was super to work with & quick with responses! The house had tons of space for my family of 17. There were areas that need to be updated, but all in all, it was a lovely home & we were there to be all together as a family ❤

Large property great for big groups, need tlc and cleaning , overall rating will be around 3.5 . I think it needs overhaul and deep cleaning, some of the kids are coughing because its dusty.

Needs some TLC

While the property is as advertised, the house is run down. Missing trim, Ill fitting screens, aluminum blinds, dirty shelves and corners. Must have had some roofing work done as the deck and driveway were littered with tek screws and roofing nails. Not cool. Hard to find light switches and dimly lit spaces.

Regarding the presence of trek screws and roofing nails on the deck and driveway, we apologize for the oversight. We recently had some roofing work done, and it seems that some debris was left behind. We will immediately rectify this issue by thoroughly cleaning the area to ensure a safe and clean environment for our guests. We would like to share that our team is currently working with the owner to renovate the home and "freshen" it up. During this time we would also like to add LED can lighting. The feedback that you have provided greatly helps us during this process. Thank you once again for bringing these matters to our attention. We hope that despite the issues you encountered, you were still able to enjoy the advertised features of the property. Way Below Expectations

Location is in beautiful area. House was in tough shape. Needs a lot of maintenance. Microwave did not work. Opened food left in dresser drawers and refrigerator. Carpet was dirty and house very dusty. Kitchen cabinet door and closet doors broken. Contacted property manager about multiple issues and after three days was offered a maintenance person. Paid big $$$ for a property that was not worth it.

Miss lead not a High end rental as expected

Home is not what is advertised. This list could be very long so in short the homes items are either broke or don’t work at all. In example stove and burners along with leaking ceiling in kitchen that our three year old slipped and fell. VRBO should not allow this Skyrun company to list thru them it is bad all around. We expect a refund or unfortunately only will end up in court.

Solid Place

Communication was great. The place is solid, yet has a few flaws. The house has certainly been used, which is to be expected. A couple of the cabinets were hanging by one screw, the stove top was very touchy and burners kept shutting off. The Hot tub needed to be fixed, the temperature throughout the house was very inconsistent, the garage door would almost shut and then go back up (needed to be held down), and the basement door handle was barely attached. Getting into the house was easy but the cleaning folks were running behind so we couldn't get into the home until shortly after check in time (4pm). All of this being said, this is still a solid house with a lot more good than bad. All of these things are things that are able to be adjusted/fixed. I wouldn't immediately book this place again before looking into other properties but it's not a bad option at all.

We will be addressing these issues with the proper department and ensure that next time you decide to return, will be nothing short of spectacular. We will have maintenance better secure the cabinets, as we weren’t aware this was an issue. We do apologize for the touchy burners. The hot tub was working fine, during the guest stay there was an issue and we got the hot tub company out there as soon as we were aware. As we apologized during check in, we cannot express how sorry we are, this typically isn’t an issue however the house keeper has vehicle troubles that morning making them behind schedule. Thank you for being understanding of these issues and situations as well as thank you for your feedback and have a wonderful day! A great place to stay

Overall a great experience and really enjoyed the property. had 27 people sleeping in the house, with no pullout couches being used. Had another 9 that joined us for some of the meals and 'base camp' activities. The property was spacious but outdated on the outside and not in 'great' condition - so just a little deceiving when you pull up. House was great inside. lots of sitting space and kitchen was a good size to allow for meals along with two fully functioning grills. Never an issue with hot water. Downside is parking for that many people can be a real pain. I believe this is a breckendridge issue, not so much a house issue as no parking is allowed on the streets and the neighbors of this house will definitely call the cops:) - yes, from experience. Other small issue is that their definitely was a shortage of tv's. In this day and age when kids want to play fortnite and required 1 tv per kid, this property is lacking. one additional tv upstairs (we brought an extra computer monitor) would be ideal. would definitely stay here again. Also, skyrun who runs the building rental is top notch. if you have any issues, they will be there to help!

Comfy but older

This was not our first choice of a property to stay in, we originally booked a house on French Street in town but got a call 3 days before we were supposed to stay that there had been a sump pump failure and the house had flooded and was unlivable so we had to scramble to find a last minute accommodation. Pros: This house is big, lots of room to spread out, two washing machines, plenty of bathrooms, the living rooms are very comfortable for hanging out and lighting a fire. It's a nice quiet neighborhood, my kids played outside in the snow and we only rarely saw cars drive by. Cons: It's definitely not "high end" (and it feels like it should be at this price point), the rugs are worn, the kitchen is cramped and the appliances are dated. The humidifiers all need to be replaced, they are cheap ones that don't work - we bought our own because you need them in Colorado in the winter. We had to ask management to come shovel the back deck so we could get to the hot tub. (Maybe they didn't do this b/c we booked 3 days before our stay?, but I feel like it should be done.) The main living floor is not a single level, there are 3 stairs down from the kitchen to the living and from one bedroom to the master bedroom, not a big deal unless you have a brand new walking toddler like we did. The crazy winter storm in Texas meant we had to stay an extra 4 days in CO so we drove up to Steamboat and stayed in another VRBO there, that stay just made me realize that this house didn't have any of those little touches that really make you feel like you are at home (lotion, laundry soap, nice humidifiers...). Overall we weren't disappointed, but it wasn't a 5 star accommodation either.

Beyond having to provide our own paper goods, a commode that would not refill, bedroom blinds that would not close, no dish towels, two rooms with no heat (the repairman told us to use space heaters that didn’t work, and the house located at 10,000 feet, the lodging was a huge disappointment. Being close in Breckenridge was nice, but it didn’t override the disappointment in the lodging. We have already booked other lodging for next spring break. We would not stay here again. Breckenridge does not allow plastic water bottles to be sold in town. We had to drive one hour each way to the Walmart in Avon to buy water. It would have been nice to know that before we got there as well as the altitude of the house so we could have been better prepared for altitude sickness with about half our group.

Excellent for families

Plenty of rooms to spread out. Kids loved the game room. Adults loved the hot tub. The kitchen was small as described but contained everything you might use. Every utensil and grill accessory, pots, (huge for making big meals) pans, 2 coffee pots, toaster, griddle, crock pot, all dinnerware needed. There was a starter pack for everything. And an extra refrigerator in the garage for our beverages. Everything was explained well and we had no problems except the dishwasher didn’t seem to work right and one dryer didn’t dry but that didn’t deter from our vacation. Sitting on the deck was wonderful and we saw some wildlife. There are two grills which are large. We were four families and had plenty of space and it was a great place to gather. A walking path and stream close by. Perfect for a family getaway.
