The house comprises of 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, 5 bathrooms, 2 sitting rooms, large open plan kitchen/diner, pantry and boot room, along with an exquisite one acre English country gardens that wraps around the house.
Perfect for family with kids or a group of adults, as there are plenty of activities for them to enjoy, ranging from museums, Goodwood events, beaches and stunning country walks. We have Europe's oldest yew tree forest on our doorstep - Kingley Vale Nature Reserve.
The house is bright with large windows and has a very relaxed feel yet elegantly designed and offers a home from home experience.
The house was recently renovated in 2023 so is looking immaculate and everything works perfectly. 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor and 1 king (Brooklands) on the ground floor.
The house is surrounded by a well loved and looked after English country garden with lots of relaxing places to sit and enjoy. Our favourite place is eating under our 123 year old apple tree.
Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay at our recently refurbished elegant house nestled at the foot of the South Downs host a of activities nearby ranging from beach days out to country walks.
We offer 5 light and spacious bedrooms, all access to bathroom facilities, varying in size along with an open plan kitchen / diner, two sitting rooms, laundry room (downstairs WC and shower) and utility room.

1 deluxe double – king size bed (Goodwood)
1 large double – king size bed (Brooklands)
1 queen – queen size bed (Le Mans)
2 singles sharing bathroom to Goodwood (Kingley Vale)
Each room is elegantly designed and fitted with crisp white Egyptian cotton linen, fluffy white towels, a flat- screen TV and digital radio.
Each room comes with:
• Free wifi
• TV
• Digital alarm radio
• Egyptian cotton sheets & fluffy towels
• Feather duvet and pillows (non feather available on request)
• Temple Spa toiletries
• Hair dryer
• Access to iron and ironing board
Also available is high speed free WIFI throughout the house and secure off-street parking for ample of vehicles.

Guests have full access to the house and gardens.
Except for a private room (located through to Master Bedroom on the first floor), garages and outbuildings are off limits to the guests and will be locked. Please do not try to gain access to these areas. The paddock is also off limits to guests.

I came across this house by chance and fell head over heels in love with the place. With lovely large original windows and a light and airy feel to the house, Saddlers was my dream home and I could see the potential of converting it into a B&B and holiday let.
After an intense four months of renovation and with bags full of passion, enthusiasm, vision, determination and hard work, I greeted our first guests for Goodwood Revival in September 2017 and have never looked back since.

I think the simple answer is that we love our guests and our guests love us. My aim was to design boutique hotel style rooms within the welcoming atmosphere of a family home, and I use locally sourced farm produce for our renowned hamper. We receive glowing testimonials and have regular repeat guests, several from overseas.
