Neu im April 2017 renoviert, befindet sich diese Strandvilla mit vier Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern in der Mitte von Anna Maria Island. Wir sind 1 1/2 Blocks vom schönen Strand mit einem einfachen Zugang zum Strand! Aufzug auf Anfrage. Fragen Sie nach Details!

White Sands Beach House bietet einen offenen Grundriss mit viel Platz für Familie und Freunde zu sammeln. Französisch Türen vom Hauptwohnbereich öffnen sich auf einen abgeschirmten Balkon, mit Sitzgelegenheiten ausgestattet, so dass Sie Sonnenuntergänge und die Insel Brisen genießen können! Das Wohnzimmer ist mit reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten und einem großen Flachbild-TV ausgestattet.

Noch im Erdgeschoss finden Sie ein Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett, ein Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett (Zweibett- / Vollmatratzen), ein komplettes Badezimmer mit Wanne / Dusche-Kombination und eine Wäscherei. Eine Etage höher hat zwei weitere Schlafzimmer - die Master-Suite, die ein Kingsize-Bett, Sitzecke und einen eigenen abgeschirmten Balkon enthält. Das Master-Badezimmer ist mit einer großen begehbaren Dusche, zwei Waschbecken und einer Whirlpool-Ecke ausgestattet. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche.

Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine große Garage für zwei Autos, die zum einladenden Pool und Patio führt.

Family Celebration

We booked this home to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary—with our three kids and our son’s girlfriend (who bravely signed up for a full week with her boyfriend’s entire family…someone get that girl a trophy). Our son just graduated college, so naturally we rewarded him with family togetherness and sunscreen lectures.The house was perfectly located—just a short walk to the beach, which saved us from playing car Tetris with beach gear. Thankfully, the owners thought of everything: chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and even a beach wagon to haul it all in style. We came prepared but used maybe 10% of what we brought because this place had us covered. The private pool was a dream. Morning coffee by the pool, afternoon relaxation, and evening floating—10/10, would splash again.One super thoughtful surprise: the owner arranged a charcuterie board for our anniversary. It was beautiful, delicious, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Very classy, very appreciated, and a major upgrade from the “here’s the Wi-Fi password” intro.Now, the one hiccup—there was a shower renovation happening during our stay. Not ideal, but the owner let us know ahead of time, and communication throughout was top-notch. We shared, we adapted, we didn’t lose a single family member to bathroom drama. A miracle.All in all, we made amazing memories, got some sun, and no one cried (except maybe when we left). Once that shower’s finished, this place will be flawless.Highly recommend. Thanks for memories!

Great Family Vacation

The house was the perfect size for 8 people - 3 couples and two teenagers. Lots of room, a great outdoor area and a wonderful screened-in deck. The kitchen had all the amenities needed. And the location is AMAZING. You're only 1 block from the beach - easily walkable and centrally located to restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend staying at Maria's house - she was a wonderful host!

Location is great as it’s a short walk to beach. High chair and pack and play being provided was so convenient as we were traveling with small child. Maria was very communicative and that was so appreciated. Would definitely book again!

AMI Family Beach Trip

We had a wonderful time while staying at this beautiful home! The house was clean, beds comfortable and Maria was an excellent host. Our favorite parts were the ping pong table, use of the elevator (made moving in and out so easy) and close beach access! Beach cart, beach/pool toys and chairs were a definite plus. It was our first trip to AMI. We enjoyed it so much! The house is adorable and so well equipped. The location was great! So close to the beach …The beach is amazing! Maria was so quick to respond to our questions. She is a super host! We rented a golf cart and had fun exploring the island that way. We are anxious to go back!

Great Week at AMI

Great property for families with young children. Plenty of bathrooms and space. The elevator was a big plus when mkving luggage or groceries. Pool location was perfect to prevent young children from getting to it unsupervised. Communication was excellent and the check-in was easy amd smooth. Wi book this property again.

Wonderful time at White Sands!

Property was just right for our group. Enjoyed the pool and the very SHORT walk to the beach. Everything you would need for the beach was at the property. Restaurants were close by. We all agreed it was one our best trips. Thanks to Maria for her responsiveness to questions we had. She was excellent to work with.

Nice, comfortable and spacious.

We stayed in this home for 1 week with 4 adults, and 4 teens. there is a large table for games and cards, a screened in porch for getting away or for quiet time, a spacious well equipped kitchen and a nice washer and dryer set. The boys loved the ping pong table and were down in lower level playing almost every night and we could barely hear them. The pool was in great shape and the landscaping around it was beautiful and tropic. You can see and hear the TV from the pool. The entire property is well maintained. The air conditioning was awesome and worked well despite heat indices of over 100 degrees every day. Our host Maria responded quickly with any questions we had. We would stay here again.

Always great at White Sands!

This was our 3rd time staying at White Sands and we will be back! We love AMI and this house is in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. We always rent a golf cart because we have grandparents and kids and it makes hauling all of our gear much easier. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious and the pool area is nice and private with a great TV and grill. There is also tons of chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels, toys and floats- do you don’t need to bring anything! My kids also loved the ping pong table and we really appreciated the elevator for my in-laws. Maria is wonderful, she is responsive and caring and made sure that everything was good for us. Thank you again, Maria - we had an amazing beach vacation!

Will not stay a second time

The house could have been great but very neglected. The pool was slimy and green. We had to have the pool people out twice. The second time the pool man described the pool as “narly”. The house had bad mold in the bedrooms and vents. The floors were filthy. The owner had the cleaning crew out a second time but they did not want us in the house and we had all of our belongings so we needed to cancel the cleaning service and we vacuumed the house ourselves and tried scrubbing the pool. The living room coach was so stained we needed to put one of her beach towels down to sit on it. So sad. It was close to the beach and enjoyed our time out.

Sunsets and the Sea

Although I was not able to join my clan in Tampa, I had chosen the location and made most of the preliminary plans. The intrusion of virtually every winter bug that appeared in the Chicago area, snared my entire family with a series of ailments that totally disrupted our plans. Happily, my kids managed to make the trip and had a fantastic time which they will cover in a separate “user' review. However, I certainly have enough information from them to offer a bystanders opinion. In an allegorical approach, the process and experience reminds me of a true tale I was told by a fascinating, charismatic professor I worked for many years ago. In an operating room at a well known NE hospital a neurosurgeon was working on the exposed grey matter of a conscious patient, and was taking the opportunity to explore the patients reactions to some brain stimuli he could apply with some delicate electrodes. As he probed an area of the cortex, he found one location that caused the patient to raise his arm and exclaim “Do it again!”. Now curious, the surgeon stimulated the site again, and observed the exact same response. Excitedly he repeated the process several times and obtain the identical responses. The doctor proudly announced to the staff and observers present that he believed he had found the “pleasure site” of the patient, a significant discovery which could advance the knowledge of neuro-anatomy. However, one of the interns involved in the procedure, a former philosophy student pursuing a medical degree, frowned skeptically. “Not so fast please, I think what we may have found is not the pleasure center, but simply the “do it again” center. The experience of visiting Maria's place encapsulates elements of the allegory. Firstly, the home and its amenities easily qualified as a pleasure site – actually among the best I have ever rented. Additionally, as the stay approached its conclusion, the “do it again” sensation emerged. Before the departure, all of us involved were committing to plan a return visit. The hostess, Maria was, and is, exceedingly helpful and accommodating which permitted us to work around our disrupted travel arrangements and totally enjoy the experience. No matter what satisfaction metric we apply to the visit, the satisfaction rating gets absolutely top marks.

Beautiful home and great stay for our family of 6 plus or in-laws who came

Great trip. About two blocks from the beach. The beach wasn’t busy which was a plus for our young family. We ate in just about everyday. We door dashed a few times and that was great too. Rooms were clean pool was warm. Beach was close! Very happy about our stay and we will definitely be booking again!

One of our favorite family vacations yet!

We had such a wonderful week at Maria's house - she is one of the most communicative and kind property owners I've dealt with. I asked her countless questions about the island/amenities before our trip and she was always prompt to respond and thoughtful about the information she shared. The house layout worked perfectly for my family and my sister's family. We loved all of the amenities - the pool, the beach wagons/toys, umbrella, chairs... all of it was so helpful and made the trip so much more enjoyable. We loved AMI and can't wait to come back and would rent this house again absolutely!

Welcome to White Sands Beach House! We have been coming to Florida for years to escape the harsh northern winters of Wisconsin! After exploring different parts of the gulf, we listened to friends of ours who frequented AMI. We fell in love with the charm, beauty, and laid back atmosphere of Anna Maria Island. The family centered feel of this area provides something for all ages! And you are not far from great attractions like Disney, Busch Gardens, Lego land, St. Armonds Circle, and one of our favorites, the Mote Aquarium. We have enjoyed relaxing here and making memories with our 3 kids.......who are growing up quickly! We hope you have the same experience!
