We are really sorry for your experience as we do want everyone to have a great time at the Jersey shore! Apologies, as yours was the first rental of the season, the delivery guy put the assembled brand new grill in the unit as it was delivered earlier in the month. It should have been taken outside by our cleaners. Again, our sincerest apologies. We would have been more than happy to share a credit for your inconvenience to move it outside. That said, unfortunately, this seems to be a retaliatory review because you refused to follow any house rules and your written agreement. Our unit does not permit pets, and this is very clear in our ad, in the rental agreement, and in the house rules, but you still brought a large dog despite all the notices. This is not only against our rules, but also the association. Having your dog run around off lease in the courtyard caused problems with neighbors, and extra cleaning inside. As you know, we did not charge extra for this, or charge you any extra fees. If you rent with others in the future, it's really easy to simply communicate with the owners. Most owners are like us, and truly want those staying in their place to have a great time!
