Schöner wie auf den Fotos!!!!!!!!!!!
Wir waren sehr überrascht über die schöne gepflegte Anlage in der die Villa steht.
Man hat einen fantastischen Blick über die bergische Landschaft bis zum Meer bei Alicante.
Das Haus ist sehr konfortabel und zweckmässig eingerichtet, man hat alles was man erwarten kann. Die Küche ist groß mit Spülmaschine und
Mikrowelle, Backofen usw. ausgestattet.
Besonders die zwei Badezimmer im 1. Stock sind von Vorteil.
Der Außenbereich um den Pool ist sehr gepflegt.
Die autobahnnähe erlaubt es in 15 Minuten auf der Promenade in Alicante zu stehen oder in der selben Zeit an einem der weitläufigen Strände.
Besonders macht die Lage der direkt angrenzente Golfplatz, mit Fitnessstudie und 2 Paddelplätzen, Bar Resteraunt und Supermarkt.
Im Hausen stehen Golfbags dem Mieter kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Habe ich so noch nie erlebt. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage in der Osterzeit.

Super vacances dans cette belle maison
Je recommande particulièrement cette villa parfaitement située entre Elx et Alicante. L'accès direct à la piscine est très pratique et nous avons toujours pu en profiter dans d'excellentes conditions. La vue sur le golf et les montagnes est magnifique.
L'aménagement intérieur de la villa est impeccable et conforme à l'annonce

Brilliant villa
Brill villa everything u needed and very clean ,really comfy beds so couldn't fault it at all great pool and very warm we were in it every day. But just a few comments about the area which is quite remote and lacking facilities, disappointed whither the condition of allenda golf course greens and tees in particular so we tried font de lop course which was in great condition and we paid same price for both ,so thanks to Daphne and Malcolm for our week stay in their lovely villa cheers John.
Some positives, but a few disappointments.
Nice pool area, never overcrowded. We liked the gated complex, quiet, and private. Supermarket had a good choice of groceries, pleasant staff. We were disappointed that the Club house didn't open in the evening for meals, especially with lots of people on site, a missed opportunity, we would have eaten there a few times given the chance.
While the villa was spacious, it needed some TLC, some of the furnishings etc were tired, and we felt need replacing.
A car is needed if you want to explore the area.

I have to disagree that it is in need of TLC as we strive to keep the villa to a high standard
