Monterubbiano: Villen

We had a relaxing stay in this lovely villa. The hosts were friendly and helpful, which made our experience enjoyable. The property was well-maintained every morning, contributing to the pleasant atmosphere. The villa itself was spacious and clean, making us feel comfortable right away. The grounds, complete with a nice pool, were perfect for unwinding. The location was convenient; we were just a five-minute drive from the beach, allowing us to easily enjoy the sun and sea. The villa had all the amenities we needed, and the views of the hills and the sea were a nice bonus. We would be happy to return and recommend this accommodation for a relaxing getaway! Sehr schöne und weitläufige Anlage mit tollem Pool und geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Die Kellerwohnung die wir nicht brauchten ist schön eingerichtet, aber sehr dunkel und feucht.

The place is wonderful, the surrounding hills are stunning and you will fall in love with the sunset. Judy was really helpful, has a long list of recommendations and thanks to her we had a chef coming to make a dinner at the place for the whole group of 16. The fact that the house is so great detached in the Marche countryside, on the other hand, means that it is not well possible to reach it without a car. The nearest airport in Ancona is 1:20 hours drive, the nearest train station with good connections (Fermo) is about 40 min away. This is perhaps a point to consider in the planning.

Zuvorkommende und überaus freundliche Vermieter. Die Villa befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber. Empfehlenswertes Objekt.

Highly recommended, we didn't miss anything! the house is fantastic, lots of space and everything clean! The beach just a stone's throw away, what more could you ask for? The hospitality can hardly be topped, we were greeted with fresh fruit and sweets, even dinner was thought of!

Objekt wie im Internet beschrieben, Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Pool ist einzigartig, ebenso der Blick in die hügelige, sanfte Landschaft der Marken. Haus ist gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden für tolle Ferien. Leise Klimageräte in den Schlafzimmern sind ein Plus. Gästebetreuung antwortet rasch und lösungsorientiert.
