The accommodation was fantastic. We were a family of 8 and spent 4 days at Ricardo's villa. Everything was perfect, especially the communication with Ricardo, the facilities, the pool. The house is in a very quiet location, you definitely need your own car, the nearest beaches are about 30 minutes away, large supermarkets about 20 minutes.

We stayed in the house of Carlos and his family in August 2022 für 2 weeks. The time we spent here was just great. The check-in was done by the local housekeeper and was very nice and easy going. The house itself has a beautiful and really fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining/living room, 2 full bathrooms and two sleeping rooms with 2 beds each. In addition, there is a cozy little guesthouse on the property with bath and another double bed. The house is surrounded by a large terrace and the pool which we enjoyed a lot. It is cleaned twice a week and water temperature is high, great for the kids. Everything is very clean, the interior as well as the exterior is -to our regard- extremely tastefully designed and we really enjoyed staying at the house. The only difficult decision every day was whether staying at the house and pool or going to the beach; what a luxury problem... 😊 It takes ca. 5 minutes to reach the house from the street via a gravel road which brings you right into nature and away from crowds and tourists. The only thing you hear are birds and the bells from the cows, a perfect place to relax. To the beaches, it's a 20 min drive and many restaurants and supermarkets are also close by. The beaches close by are great, especially for kids and also surfing. We also traveled to the beaches north of Sines and south of Milfontes and liked these even better, driving takes around 35 minutes. Anyway, whatever you search for regarding beach life, you can find it within a short drive. Altogether, we had a wonderful time at this place and would be happy to come back. The house is highly recommended without any restrictions.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paulos spaceful and modern house with three bathrooms and a fantastic pool. The house is perfectly located as there are plenty restaurants and several beaches nearby. In case of any queries or issues, Paulo was always available to resolve any problems asap. We can 100% recommend a stay.

Uma casa no meio do campo so com cabras e cavalho, paraiso total, a casa tem tudo para cocinar, parilha, etc. Swimmingpool grande e agradável, todo o sevicio genial!! As pessoas super simpáticas, Antonio e o melhor anfitrião!! A gente volta com certeza! Obrigada por tudo!

We were a familiy of six and enjoyed staying at this beautiful and relatively new house very much. Communication with Paulo was super reliable and speedy and always very helpful - Thank you very much! Check-in was perfectly organized. Upon arrival the house was clean and met the description very well. Beds were very comfortable. The house ist spacious and the big windows make it very light and welcoming. It is a short walk from the main beaches of Porto Covo and only 10 mins. walk from the centre of town which makes it a perfect location for dining out. Another great plus is the proximity to the bus stop with rete expressos going into Lisboa (Sete Rios Bus Terminal) 10 times a day. A car is not be necessary at all. Paulo and his team offered a cleaning service mid-stay and towels were replaced regularly, which was great. The only downside: The house - unfortunately - is located in an area that sees a lot of development at the moment. This came with considerable construction noises during weekdays from several construction sites located 50 - 200 metres away from the house. We did not mind this, since we were gone for most of the day. Anybody who wishes to stay at the house during the day for a longer period of time should be aware of this, though. I would assume that the construction sites should be finished in a few months, so this is only a temporary issue. All in all we enjoyed our vacation very much.

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Das im Angebot genannte zweite Bad und die Terrasse befinden sich wohl im Dachgeschoss. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das 2.OG die Lagerräume des Vermieters seien. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und hatten dieses Objekt aus diesen Gründen ausgewählt. Was fehlt sind Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Durch den nahen Fluss gibt es viele Stechfliegen. Die Nachbarn, welche über ein verlängertes WE zugegen waren, feierten auf ihrer Terrasse bis in die Morgenstunden und der Rauch des Grills roch stark nach verbranntem Kunststoff. Die beiden Hunde der Nahbarn bellten draußen auch bis in die Morgenstunden. Die Fenster mussten in diesen Nächten geschlossen bleiben. Die Verwaltung war sehr freundlich. Eine zweite Garnitur Handtücher wurde uns für 8 Tage freundlicher weise bereitgestellt. Normalerweise gibt es nur einen Satz!
