Jan Thiel: Häuser

We had a pleasant stay at Villa Groot Geluk. The communication with the owner was quick and prompt and Armand, the housekeeper was a big help and always at hand, when we needed him. As we had a little trouble getting to Curacao, Bram and Armand where really flexible and helpful to make everything possible. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures, and we had more than enough space for our party of 8 people. We loved the outside area, especially the big table on the balcony and really enjoyed the big pool, which was very clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, same to the outside kitchen. A supermarket and some restaurants are close by, as well as the Jan Thiel Beach; you can easily reach everything by foot. Although the house and its environment are really great, some of the utility installation is aging. Especially in regions like Curacao where it is important to save resources, a running toilet or inadequate insulation can quickly lead to unnecessary and unwanted consumption. During our stay it has proven useful to regularly check the electricity as well as the water consumption and to seek dialog with Bram and Armand in case of irregularities. But as we immediately told Armand about the problems, he and Bram very quickly took remedial action and were very accommodating concerning the billing. Thank you very much Bram and Armand for your help and for having us. We really enjoyed our stay in the Villa.

Die in einer Gated Community gelegene Villa ist eine tolle alternative zu einer Villa in einer Hotelanlage!

Above German, below English: German: Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Personen (+1 Kind) angereist und hatten das ganze Haus gemietet. Wir waren super zufrieden !!! Tolle und freundliche Vermieter, super Haus im sauberen und perfekten Zustand, tolle Pool- und Gartenanlage, perfekte Küche, Trinkwasser + Eiswürfel aus dem Kühlschrank, alles sauber, sehr sehr hoher Wohlfühlfaktor !! Die Zimmer waren auch groß und geräumig; jeder hatte seinen Freiraum. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und erwägen bereits in zwei Jahren wieder zu kommen. Des Weiteren sei noch erwähnt, dass der sehr gut ausgestattete Jan Thiel Supermarkt nur 300m fußläufig entfernt ist, genauso wie die Tauchbasis von Jan Thiel und dessen Strand. Es hätte wirklich nicht besser sein können :-) Vielen Dank an Petra und Marc Bremmers und die Vermieter für einen tollen Urlaub :-) English: We travveld with a group of 10 people (+1 child) and had rented the whole house. We were very satisfied !!! Great and friendly landlord, great house in clean and perfect condition, great pool and gardens, perfect kitchen, drinking water + ice cubes from the fridge, everything was clean, very very high feel-good factor! The rooms were also big and spacious; everyone had their freedom. We would book the house again at any time and are considering coming back in two years. Furthermore, it should be mentioned that the very well-equipped Jan Thiel supermarket is only 300m away on foot, as well as the diving center of Jan Thiel and its beach.
