Ostsee: Häuser

The appartment is indeed spacious and sunny. It looks as seen on the pictures. The communication with the host worked well and he was friendly and helpful. The building may look worn out from the outside but the appartment was modern and clean. The bathroom was the only flaw of the appartment. It has no windows and only a tiny ventilation, so it stays humid for a long time. It really needs some renovation. The appartment is close to the market halls and to the center of Riga, so you can get anywhere on foot or by public transportation. All in all a good stay for a reasonable price.

Wir hatten einen ganz wunderbaren Urlaub bei Epp. Unkomplizierter und herzlicher Kontakt vorab und vor Ort. Als wäre man zu Gast bei Freunden. Haus und Umgebung bieten alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht, Gartennutzung inklusive. W-Lan ist wie überall im Land stabil verfügbar. Das offene Raumkonzept im Haus ist vielleicht nicht Jedermanns Sache. Für uns als Familie hat es super gepasst. Die Küche ist mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet, sofern man keine 3-Gänge-Menüs vorhat. Bei Fragen oder Schwierigkeiten ist die Gastgeberin jederzeit ansprechbar und findet eine Lösung. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Das Haus war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Schlafbereich unterm Dach ist gut klimatisiert. Auf dem Gelände befindet sich ein kleiner Saunapark. Gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis kann man eine der Saunen nutzen. Der kleine Flugplatz nebenan hat in keinster Weise gestört, im Gegenteil, es war für die Kinder spannend, die wenigen Starts zu beobachten.

Absolut ruhige Lage, Natur pur. Tolles Haus, urig und gemütlich. Viel Platz und liebenswerte Gastgeber

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnungen war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Alles was man braucht vorhanden. Nette Bewohner im Haus. Eine sehr gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Absolute Empfehlung unsererseits.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und traumhafte Umgebung. ☺️

Although the weather was not fully as we had hoped for we enjoyed our stay at Una's from the first to the last minute: the silence, the view, the premises, the garden and--this one being really noisy--the cranes preparing for their flight south.
