The apartment is located at the central place of Iseo's waterfront with a stunning view over the lake. The place in front is lively in the evening, with music now and then, so not entirely silent but the windows do a good job to dampen the noise - never was a problem.The ferry station is right outside, the railway station an easy 10 min walk away. Iseo's old town with lovely narrow streets and an abundant selection of restaurants and cafes is next to the apartment. A small beach is also within walking distance. We spent a week without using the car, just public transport which is very comfortable with the "Io viaggio ovunque in Lombardia" ticket. Speaking of car ... there is no parking place included, you have to use the public parking spaces - can be a challenge sometimes to find a spot for longer parking.The apartment itself is well maintained and newly decorated with air conditioning, A very good place to stay. The host Roberta is very friendly and easily available and provided all information needed, including lots of advice for restaurants, trips and whatever you need .Overall, a really good stay - highly recommended. Nice apartment, top location.Go there if you want to have everything in walking distance, have good public connections and enjoy a stay at the center of a really nice small town at lake Iseo.

This summer we were lucky to be the first renters of this beautiful villa with an amazing view of Lake Iseo. The villa is located in Sulzano a cute little town with a view restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. It is helpful to have a car if you want to shop at the larger supermarkets, which are about a ten minute drive away. The lake is just a view steps away and you can easily go for a swim or take the ferry. We stayed with a large family of 5 adults and 6 kids. Everyday we enjoyed the pool (which was being cleaned regularly by the owner, too). All of the rooms are climatized, which was a big plus during our summer holiday. One of the biggest highlights for us was the fully equipped outdoor kitchen, where we had the best time cooking and having big family dinners. We didn't even use the regular kitchen in the villa, as we enjoyed the outdoor kitchen so much. The owners were super nice and even made a reservation for us in a nearby restaurant. Whenever we needed something they were easily approachable via WhatsApp and helped us out quickly. For instance, one of the dishwashers broke down and within two hours we had a new one up and running! That was amazing! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house, we wish to be back soon. (Also, we will try and bake the crostata della nonna at home. It was very thoughtful of you to welcome us with this delicious cake, thank you!) Take care!

Kleines aber sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen mit allem was man braucht. Toller Aussenbereich mit Esstisch, Sonnenschirm und Liegen. Pool teilt man sich mit den Gästen vom Haupthaus das ist bei der Größe aber kein Problem. Der direkt Blick auf den See ist vom Haupthaus zu bewundern.Marco hat uns mit viel Informationen versorgt und war als Ansprechpartner immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

The little stone house you‘ll live in is next door to the house of the very friendly host who takes care of everything and gives you a lot recommendations if needed. During the morning hours you‘ll have direct sun on the terrace and always an astonishing view! There are a few hikes that you can make directly from the house but generally the main and more attractive hiking areas are at the other site of the lake as well as the more vibrant little towns.

Wir können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend, das Sonnendeck und der Pool sind sehr schön und die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was man benötigt. Sie ist modern, bietet ausreichend Platz und verfügt über 2 Terrassen (vorne und hinten). Einfach nur toll und vor allem ruhig und entspannt. Die gesamte Anlage ist gepflegt und sauber. Kein Massentourismus. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war äußerst freundlich und vor allem sehr Kundenorientiert. Fragen und Wünsche wurden zufriedenstellend beantwortet und erfüllt. So muss das sein!

Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Apartment für zwei ebenfalls. Der Blick von der Loggia über die Dächer der Oberstadt toll, v.a. am Abend. Eliana ist unglaublich nett und bemüht ... Wir können das wirklich empfehlen!
