The property has an amazing location in Poipu, overlooking the ocean. At the same time you have a pool in the front yard and can go to the near by beaches for surfing or snorkeling. There are shopping options within 8 min. walk. The communication with the property manager was easy and quick. Check-in super easy. McKenzie and someone else welcomed us and made sure everything was okay. We received little welcome gifts and local flowers (very nice touch!). We had pre-ordered a roll-away which was not in the condo when we arrived. However McKenzie took care and was able to get delivered at the same day. The condo itself was better stocked than any other places we stayed before; with soap, shampoo, toilet paper, basic spices, coffee for the first days, paper towels etc. It was easy to settle in. Couple things I would like to mention to have possibly addressed: - Bed sheets (at least for the Twin beds) did not fit the beds. After every night you had to put the bottom sheets back on as the corners did not hold the sheets very well. - Not good smelling towels, as if they had been left in the washer for a couple days before they were dried. - Twin beds in all 4 corners where the mattress lies are full of dust Again, nothing major, but maybe information you want to give to the housekeepers. The condo itself and the service of the management team made this vacation perfect and unforgettable. Thank You!
