The villa is just 5 minutes walk from town centre of La Eliana a village with all the services (shops, restaurants, parks, library, sport centre, pharmacy, health centre, buses, and underground line to Valencia). A big shopping complex is on the other side of the village, 5 minutes drive, where you can find different shops, including a Carrefour, restaurants and cinemas.
La Eliana is located 12 Km of the City of Valencia, near the Mediterranean coast. The region consists of gently rolling foothills crossed by the River Turia. The town is near the Sierra Calderona National Park, which is ideal for walking. The area has 3 Championship Golf courses.
