The place we were given did not match photos in the listing. It was obviously another unit in the building. The photos must be for a staged unit. The host did not properly prepare the front building staff for our arrival. The key was not available we had to call and wait and wait for more than half an hour before it was resolved. After a long day it was totally inconvenient. Then to go to a unit that was not what we reserved was also disappointing. especially because it was not properly cleaned. Basic amenities like hand soap in the bathrooms or dishwashing liquid, esp as there was only one dishwashing pellet and a limited number of dishes and cutlery for a long weekend stay were not available. The ensuite bed was made for decoration only. There comforter was wrapped in a sheet and there was no cover shee for the bed. The ensuite toilet was also not working properly. The issues of missing items and the toilet were addressed for the most part when brought to the company's attention. It is clear however that this is a corporate cookie cutter rental company. It did not at all feel like a vacation rental by owner. The property amenities were a highlight despite the other disappointments. We were also only given one key in a building where all access requires a key fob. our reservation indicated 2 guests, 2 keys should have been provided.
