About this space
This recently built Two-bedroom, Two - Bathroom apartment is ready ! Bright sunny open plan living and dining area with smooth timber flooring, leads out onto an Awesome and Large deck with SPA and lovely views.
Fully Equipped Kitchen, separate bedroom and Bathroom with Parking and on site laundry. Easy 5 minute walk to Acland Street right on the action of ST KILDA.
The space
The building and the apartment are recently built. It has open plan living and dining area features creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection.
The modern, stone kitchen is fitted with brand new stainless steel appliances incl. a dishwasher and abundant cabinetry storage. The bedroom is well-separated which creates greater privacy.
The rooms are light-filled, carpeted, equipped with mirrored built-in robes. Two stylish bathrooms with walk in shower. Private Large and sunny Deck with Large BBQ and SPA.
Other notable features include:
âą Video Intercom Entry and Lift Access ( Few steps are required after lift)
âą Split system air-conditioning/heating in living room and Master bedroom
âą Comes with parking
âą Comes with washing & drying machines
Guest access
You have private access to your apartment. The deck/spa is private and the only access is through the apartment itself.
Other things to note
The building, apartment and furniture is recently built (2020). All furniture & appliances are fairly new.
Kitchen is fully furnished. Pots and pans are available and basic kitchen equipment. Please note we do not provide oil, salt, pepper, coffee or any type of food is stored or left for guests.
Toilet paper, bags, soap, dishwashing liquid is supplied as a courtesy upon arrival but not throughout the stay. No Laundry detergent, Shampoo or conditioner is supplied.
Towels and linen are provided however service for changing linen or washing linen during the stay is not included.
Washer & Dryer are provided and inside the apartment.
There is OFF Street parking for ONE car but you must request it in advance as we require your car dimensions (you will have a designated bay).
Note that the car stacker fits only standard cars ( Max 2050 mm high and 5000 mm long).
There is FREE Street parking but limited ( you need to check signs)
Please note that the furniture in the apartment might have different colours than as shown in the photos (Beige/Black) . We often replace them with comparable items.
