This spacious 3-level house is a warm, neat and comfortable home featuring:
• A fully-equipped kitchen - with oven, stove, microwave, cooktop and dishwasher - is complemented by stone surfaces, as well as a pantry, all overlooking open-plan dining/living. 
• 7-bedroom served by 4 bathrooms and 1 separate toilets. There are 3 bright upstairs bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms on ground floor. Take it downstairs to lower floor with 2 bedrooms and 2 courtyard.

• Our self-check-in process is made easy using the coded key lock safe located near the front door. The code will be provided to you on check-in date prior to your arrival.
• Early check-in may be arranged (is subject to availability) with prior consent from us, and additional charges will be applied.
• CHECK-OUT TIME is strictly NO later than 10 am to allow sufficient time for the cleaning crew to prepare for the next guests. Any unapproved late check-outs will incur a fee of $70 per hour.
• We will provide with an initial supply of toilet paper rolls, but this may not be sufficient for the entirety of your stay. If needed, we recommend purchasing additional supplies.
• The primary booking person is also responsible for the compliance of those rules by all other guests.
• To maintain a mature and responsible environment, we have set a minimum age limit of 30 years old for bookings. This means that individuals under the age limit are not permitted to book.

• Do not leave excess rubbish behind. Ensure empty all bins inside the house and take away all excess rubbish. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge applies if you leave excess rubbish behind.
• Check-in and key-collection instructions will be emailed before your arrival.
• Early check-in is subject to availability and additional charges of $20 per hour fee applied.
• Parking is available either on the driveway or street parking, free and unlimited.
• Please be aware that a 24-hour security camera installed at the front of the house, facing outside for added security.
