The Space:
Hotel like rental unit:
- 1 bedroom studio with ensuite bathroom
- queen bed with fresh hotel grade linen/beddings
- BIR for clothing storage
- dedicated workspace/study table
- simple kitchen appliances such as mini fridge, kettle, toaster, and microwave
- TV
- Superbly located with Toorak Road and Chapel Street boutique shops at your doorstep, the finest cafes, restaurants, Como Cinema, Yarra River and trams.

Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to their unit/bedroom but will have shared spaces in the entryway and courtyard with other guests in the opposite unit.

Other Things to Note:
We have street parking available only
2 hours free from 9 am - 6 pm.

** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
