Nye Beach is a charming, upscale shopping area and the home of the Newport Performing Arts Center and its many cultural events. It’s a quick drive to the Newport Bayfront and marina, and a trip over the soaring Yaquina Bay Bridge will take you to the Oregon Coast Aquarium and the Hatfield Marine Science Center. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and dining. Plenty of everything needed for our group of five. The condo was spacious with great common areas and layout of bedrooms. The primary bedroom had a fabulous view and plenty of amenities. The second bedroom had a desk plus its own bathroom, however it didn’t have any soap, shampoo or conditioner, no hand towel and no bath mat by the shower. The third bedroom was sparse. It had no end table or lamp. The bathroom was across the hall and lacked a full sized towel but did have soap. These amenities could be easily added and it would be a 5 star property for sure. Great ocean view!

The condo was wonderful and well equipped however, one of the bedrooms had no nightstand (s), night table so no bedside lamps If one wanted to read or needed anything during the night you would need to get out of bed entirely to turn on or off the light.

We had a wonderful weekend with friends visiting from Alabama. We have stayed in various motels up and down the Oregon coast for years but this condo was one of the best . It was clean very well stocked with items needed and the beach view was fantastic . Very comfortable beds and it’s was ideal for our group on the ground floor with easy access for our two elders. Thank you and we will definetly be coming again.

Good Spot to Stay

Overall, we had a good stay. Location provided plenty of parking and nice views of the ocean/sunset. Beach isn't easy to get to from this spot but it is accessible. Beds were good enough. Property manager was easy to communicate with.

Nice, quiet stay.

The unit was very nice and clean. It was close to shopping, restaurants, and activities. There was no beach access, and the ocean was kind of far away, but there was a nice view. We couldn't figure out the volume on the living room TV for the life of us. The bedrooms were quiet, and we couldn't hear the people in the living room who stayed up later than we did.

Nice Oregon Coast Getaway

This unit was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The gas bbq worked great. We were just minutes from everything we wanted to do and see. We will stay in this unit again!

The kitchen was exceptionally well appointed. Check-in was easy. Lovely view and nice outdoor places. Really enjoyed our stay. Located close to Nye Beach and the waterfront. The access to the beach wasn't as easy as I would have liked. One pathway was fairly steep and the other was not as steep, but covered with loose gravel, which can be challenging for older adults.

Marathon weekend

We came up to Newport to watch our son run the marathon. We were beyond pleased with the condo. Beautiful view, walking distance to terrific restaurants. The kitchen was complete with everything you would need for a family dinner. Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo with us. Hoping my son runs the marathon next year I would book the same condo.
