The Space:
The open-plan living space downstairs overlooks a large backyard and an outdoor dining and BBQ area. With two large sliding doors, the space can be opened, ideal for any weather condition.

A second lounge/sunroom is located upstairs, this room has an amazing view and a large balcony. The room also has a built-in bar for convenience. When you are sitting up here and looking over the water, you are not going to want to leave to go downstairs for a top-up. Large ceilings and large windows flood the space with natural light.

The upstairs main bedroom retreat is HUGE and consists of a king bed, open ensuite, bath with a view, walk-in robe and plenty of room to escape. Enjoy the large balcony with your private balcony entrance leading to a sitting area.
There are an additional three bedrooms upstairs. They all consist of built-in robes, two with queen beds and one with a double bed and single bunk bed. They share a main bathroom which has both a shower and a bath along with double sinks.
The downstairs bedroom consists of a queen bed, BIR and a private ensuite complete with a large double shower. Each of the five bedrooms can accommodate a portacot which is located in the built-in robe in the sunroom.

Heading back downstairs to the main open-plan living and dining space you will find the large, well-equipped kitchen. Featuring gas cooktops, an electric oven, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine. You will find coffee pods, tea, hot chocolate, sugar and some pantry staples. The kitchen overlooks the 10-seater dining table inside, the outside dining space and the living room with smart TV, gas fireplace and main built-in bar.

Casa Di Mare is perfect for a weekend away or a family-friendly holiday. The owners have made the house kid friendly as they have a young family too, so instead of taking up room in the car, there is a high chair, cot and change table available for your use.

Heading outside a large fully covered deck includes a dining table and a sitting area. The sunny backyard is big enough to just enjoy, or play a game of cricket, plonk or just a chance for the kids to run around. A perfect deck for entertaining, an evening of stargazing, sunset watching and a glass of wine.

A convenient 2km from the Portarlington town centre. Take a beautiful walk along the esplanade into town for your morning coffee and wander the local shops. Come home to spend the day wading in the water and playing in the sand with the kids.

Guest Access
Access is via digital lock so you can head straight to the property after check-in time, no need to meet anyone or collect keys from an office. Full check-in details will be sent out before arrival via your own guest portal which will help you access the property and unlock the full potential of the home and the Bellarine Peninsula.

The Neighbourhood
The neighbourhood is quiet with a mix of holiday homes and local residents. There is plenty of parking onsite with a double garage and dual driveways on either side of the house. Parking is also accessible on the street without restriction.
