This house is located right between the beach and the outlet malls. 10 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes in the opposite direction to the outlet malls for a great rainy day activity. You are also just 10 minutes to the downtown St Augustine historic district loaded with great attractions and restaurants.

There are very friendly cats that may wander up for a visit. There are two rather large pigs that live in the neighborhood (not in the same family) who may trot towards you for a pat on the head or a turkey who loves to "puff up" if you ask him to. All of these animals are sensitive to the fact that not everyone wants a visit. A quick verbal "shoo" will send them on their way.
Our guests have access to the entire house and the grounds. There is a fully privacy fenced backyard.
3 Bed 1 Bath -- Built 1984 Renovated 2022

Book this charming jewel under the trees. There is a feeling of serenity and privacy encouraged by old Florida oak trees and majestic palms in the backyard. The master bedroom & bath are located downstairs with the two additional bedrooms upstairs. The inside feel is reminiscent of a Cape Cod style house. The kitchen is big enough to cook a good meal while the family visits around the dining table. The back yard is enclosed with a privacy fence and has a firepit for cool winter evenings.

The living room is cozy... with bookshelves filled with different types & styles of literature as well as board and card games. (in case it rains) The large kitchen space has a dining table in it which makes it so easy to visit while cooking. The front porch has two rocking chairs for relaxing while screened back porch fits two people comfortably on a glider bench. Everyone can have their own space.

Great location!
House is super cute and comfortable! Perfect location to Publix and a quick drive into downtown St. Augustine! The drive to the beach was about a 20 minute drive. Great communication with property management, he was quick to respond to any questions that I had and checked on us during our stay. Definitely recommend!!

Really Enjoyed my Stay!
Truly enjoyed my stay! Communication with the owner was great throughout! The property was very well kept! Clean and spacious! Having your own private driveway to park was a bonus as well! The location was very good as well...and not far from many places to eat, (some walking distance)…and not far from Downtown St. Augustine by car. I would 100% recommend this property to others and I may even stay there again sometime in the future! All the best, Thomas F.
