The Space:

Adjacent to the living area is a dining table with 4 chairs. Here, you can enjoy meals at home. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the essentials and cookware you’d need to prepare basic meals at home. You'll also find kitchen towels, paper towels, and salt and pepper for your convenience.

When it's time to relax, you’ll find a plush double bed with quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. There are blackout curtains for the mornings you’d like to sleep in and a private balcony that adds to the comfort and privacy of the space.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo. Plus, shared access to the common grounds and complex amenities.

The Neighborhood:
You’ll be in Aldea Zama, one block to Coba (the beach avenue), near Liverpool, Carl’s Jr. and an array of fantastic restaurants, trendy shops, and local attractions. The start of the beach road to the beach is about 3.8 km | 2.4 miles away. The lush road is filled with shops, boutiques, cafes, jungle eateries, world-famous dining, beach hotspots & beach clubs.

The best grocery store in town is Chedraui (1 km | 0.6 miles away), and you’ll also be near the Tulum Ruins and refreshing cenotes (freshwater sinkholes unique to this area), like Cenote Escondido and Cristal. When you’ve had enough beach, head to the Sian Ka'an Bio Reserve for a river float or visit an X-park|Eco-park like Xel-ha or Xplor and golf at Dreams Tulum or Riviera Maya Golf Club.

Getting Around:
The condo is about 120 km|75 miles or about a 2-hour drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Always consult your mobile map app for an accurate driving time, as it will vary based on the time of day. It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. Let us know if you need any assistance. Other Things to Note:
Please note: Tulum is an area of high growth, and at times, you may hear construction noise during daytime work hours.

Electricity & Internet outages are occasional occurrences in Tulum, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that Stella Rentals cannot be held accountable for such events.

We can help with additional services, including an airport transfer if needed, just let us know!

We provide a few bath essentials like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and shower gel, but please note that these are not replenished during your stay.

There is no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance and by 5 pm the day before the service.

Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed at the property, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property using a code for the lockbox to access the keys. The code will be sent before your arrival.
