Level 11 boasts a lap pool, sauna, steam room, and gym. Or make your way up to Level 70 to the infinity pool, spa and gym. *In order to use these building amenities, short-stay guests must complete an induction. See below for details*

Guest Access:
Keys are to be collected and returned to the KeyNest location (350 meters/5 minute walk from the property address) during the following hours:

Monday to Thursday: 08:30 AM to 11:00 PM
Friday to Saturday: 08:30 AM to 12:00 AM
Sunday: 08:30 AM to 11:00 PM

If you cannot collect during these opening hours, please only book the property if you have contacted us to arrange an alternative. If you need to return the keys off before opening hours, there is a drop box.

As our valued guest, you’ll enjoy full access to the entire residence, including linens, towels, and complimentary consumable amenities, all provided at no additional cost.

There is no parking available at this property. However, there is parking is available at Crown Casino (450m).

Amenity Inductions: In person inductions are approximately 1 hour in length and occur on Monday and Wednesday nights only at 7pm, followed by a short gym induction should you wish to use the gym. We sincerely apologise if your stay does not fall on a day that you can complete an induction. If you wish to complete an induction please inform our Guest Support Team prior to your booking.

For reservations on booking platforms outside of Airbnb, we require either a $500 AUD authorisation hold or a fixed damage waiver per guest with every reservation prior to check-in. Please note, that the pre-auth hold is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply, but will also be returned after check-out permitting no breaches in policy occur. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. A damage waiver will not be refunded. More information about this is provided after booking, but please also reach out to our team for more information.
