We require guests to accomplish their online guest portal for further confirmation of their identify (upload VALID ID and sign rental agreement).
Located at West Side Place Tower 1, Apartment Level 8, this apartment features a large private balcony, 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds, 1 bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, Smart TV, WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen. It also includes a washing machine and dryer, fresh linens, towels, and basic amenities such as hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and coffee pods. For long stays (28+ nights), mid-stay cleans should be arranged.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the pool, steam room or sauna and gym. Parking available for 1 car, with a height clearance of 2.10m. For extra vehicles, there are street parking or paid parking options available near the property. Guests can search online using the property address for availability.
Interaction with guests
For any assistance during your stay, please reach out to us directly through the app or the phone number provided upon booking confirmation. We respond promptly from 8am to 11pm Melbourne time.
To avoid removal of access to the amenities, kindly refrain from contacting building staff, as our operations are independent of the building management.
Important things to note:
1. Keys will be collected and returned at a nearby convenience store. If you need a second set of keys, please let us know before your arrival so we can arrange it. We can provide up to two sets of the apartment key and key fob.
2. Please inform us before your arrival or upon booking confirmation if you plan to use the sofa bed, so that we can arrange it for you.
3. Please be aware that there may be occasional building-wide issues during your stay, such as hot water disruption, window cleaning, key fob system failures, and other building management operations that are beyond our control. We will notify you promptly upon receiving notice from the building management and keep you updated on the resolution of these issues. For any concerns, please contact us directly through the app or the phone number provided upon booking confirmation.

2. Kindly take good care of the apartment to avoid any damages. A damage deposit will be required.
3. Familiarize yourself with our guidebooks and property details. Additional verification may be required for security purposes. Please respect our check-in and check-out policies.
4. Please note the following additional fees:
Pet cleaning fee: AU$175
Stains removal: $50, if cannot be removed: $100 (price varies upon the size and kind where stains left)
Early check-in (before 3:00 PM): AU$50
Late check-in (after 11:00 PM or if the store is closed): AU$80
Late check-out (after 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM only): AU$50 per hour
Call-out fee: AU$85 per hour
Lost keys: AU$400
Event charge cleaning: AU$300
Bond for events: AU$500
5. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Note: Any drug paraphernalia left behind, guests will be charged of the full bond amount. (Damage Deposit/Bond: $250)
Any leftover belongings is under guests' responsibility, we will keep it for up to 3 days and dispose after. Guest should be responsible for the pick up and other costs.
