This home with water views is the perfect family getaway. Ideal for up to 3 couples, this beautiful home is located a short walk to the beach. With ducted air-conditioning, stunning
kitchen with island benchtop and European appliances, which conveniently opens out to the neat dining area, lounge room and side deck for entertaining and relaxing. Linen and
bath towels also included - just bring your own beach towels! Located in a family neighbourhood, it's quiet and peaceful.

Good position for Cococobana beach and shops.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Position on hill not suitable for elderly , unsteady pensioner to walk to beach/restaurants. However, enjoyed family BBQ at the house instead. Would recommend!

The property is great. Spacious, clean and lovely views of the water. The fans in the bedrooms are a great addition. As a small thing for the owner to consider, it would have been helpful if there was a basic starter pack in the house - olive oil, salt, washing up liquid, all purpose spray, a hoover etc. Notwithstanding, we would consider staying at the property again.

Renovated home with great ocean views

The house was very clean, modern and enough room for the 5 of us. It is an 8 minute walk up the hill from the beach and is on the main road into Copa. (Can be noisy for the guests in the double room - suggestion....swap the double room with the 2 singles room!). Whilst we enjoyed our stay at the house we found that many of the basics you would expect were very lacking especially when you consider the house sleeps 6 people. eg not enough wine/champagne glasses, no decent salad bowls, platters etc in the kitchen. Most of the items lacking could be bought quite cheaply. Toilet paper was not provided except what was on the roll, limited dishwasher tablets and detergent. The agent was very helpful though and did reimburse us our costs for some items but really you would expect a house of this standard would have these types of items on hand especially for guests like us who booked a week's stay.

Comfy beds and well appointed kitchen. Nice and quiet. We ran out of hot water twice despite short showers.

Copacobana stay

Great place with ample room. High on the hill so you have the fresh ocean breeze and still an easy walk down to the local beach, cafes. Excellent kitchen and we enjoyed our meals on the balcony. Local strip had some great places to eat and have a coffee. Convenient little supermarket to grab essentials and while maybe a little more expensive it is great to support local businesses.

Great spacious house with nice view

Our group of 5 friends had 4 nights here. Cloudy and patchy rain the whole time but we still had a great time in this house. Nice verandah with beach views, clean spacious house, great kitchen. Bit of a hilly walk to shops and beach but only a 5-10minute walk. Well equipped house. Easy check in and out. We loved our stay here.

Nice property with potential

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house and enjoyed the great ocean views. However we found the kitchen was lacking enough cooking equipment, crockery etc for a large group that wants to take advantage of cooking at home with the huge oven and stovetop.

Fantastic Beach stay!!!

It was a real pleasure staying in this family friendly and modern home for our pre Xmas family getaway. A short walk to the beach and local shops, this home has stunning views of the ocean and is conveniently located being close to amenities and local activities. The home boasts all the comforts we wanted in a holiday home, plus wifi to keep our kids entertained. The beautiful new kitchen was a delight for a home chef like myself. We are sure to come back and enjoy another relaxing weekend stay in this beautiful property.
