The Space:
Welcome to our inviting home, which blends modern architecture with the natural beauty of Tulum. Our 1,134 sq ft residence offers a serene escape for up to 4 guests, surrounded by lush tropical greenery.

Inside discover an open living space with direct access to the private pool and patio—ideal for unwinding after a day at the nearby beaches. The living area seamlessly transitions into a fully equipped kitchen with all you’d need to prepare meals and extras like a coffee maker and dishwasher.

The two ground-floor bedrooms both have ensuite bathrooms and direct patio and pool access through large glass sliders. Bedroom 1 features a plush king bed, and Bedroom 2 offers a cozy double bed.

You’re also not far from the best grocery store in town, Chedraui (3.9 km | 2.4 miles from the property)

About 120 km|75 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) in the La Veleta area, a 2.4 km|1.5 miles from downtown and an 8-min walk to the beach road at Ave Kulkukan, which leads to Tulum’s famous beach road filled with shops, boutiques, cafes, jungle eateries, world-famous dining, beach hotspots & beach clubs. Just 4 km | 2.4 miles to the best grocery store in town, Chedraui, near the Mayan Ruins and freshwater cenotes like Cenote Escondido and Cenote Cristal. When you’ve had enough beach, head to the Si’an Kaan Bio Reserve for a river float or one of the Eco-X-parks like Xel-ha or Xplor.

The home is about 120 km|75 miles or about a 2-hour drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Always consult your mobile map app for an accurate driving time, as it will vary based on the time of day. It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. Let us know if you need any assistance. - Tulum is an area of high growth, and during daytime work hours, you may hear construction noise.
- Electricity and Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and completely out of our control. If you experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help save energy by keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property using a code to the lockbox to retrieve the keys. The code will be sent before your arrival.
