The Space:
Welcome to Tuluna! You’ll be inside the beautiful Aldea Zama community, ideally situated between Tulum’s famous beach and its town!

The condo is inviting, with an open design and loads of ambiance. When you have downtime moments at home you can relax on the cozy sofa in front of the Smart TV. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances like a refrigerator/freezer, induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and all you need to prepare a simple meal. There’s a dining table for six and breakfast bar seating to enjoy your meals in comfort.
Love to relax outdoors? There’s a private sun patio with cushioned loungers, a shaded dining table, and a private pool accessible via floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall sliding glass doors, which, when opened all the way, create a wonderful indoor-outdoor connection and extension of your living space.
When you’re ready to retire, there are two naturally stylish and comfortable bedrooms, one with a plush queen bed and the other with two twin/single beds. There are also two full bathrooms to accommodate four guests.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and shared access to the common grounds and complex amenities. *Please note there is a unit next door with a separate entry but interior doors that connect both apartments (when rented together). When rented separately, each door has a deadbolt lock to lock the apartment securely.
The Neighborhood:
You’ll be in Aldea Zama, a 4-min drive to the beach road at Coba or Kulkukan and to the center of town, where you’ll find trendy shops, restaurants, bars and local attractions. You can walk to town in 15 minutes! The beach is a 3.3 km|2-mile drive to the start of Tulum’s famous and lush beach path, filled with shops, boutiques, cafes, jungle eateries, world-renowned dining, beach hotspots and clubs.
The best grocery store is Chedraui (1.5 km | 0.9 miles away), and you’ll be near the Tulum Ruins and refreshing cenotes (freshwater sinkholes unique to this area) like Cenote Escondido and Cristal. When you’ve had enough beach, head to the Sian Ka'an Bio Reserve for a river float or visit an X-park|Eco-park like Xel-ha or Xplor and golf at Dreams Tulum or Riviera Maya Golf Club.

Getting Around:
The condo is about 120 km|75 miles, or about a 2-hour drive, from Cancun International Airport (CUN). The new Tulum airport is now open, so you may want to check if your airline flies there! If you’re driving, check your mobile map app for an accurate driving time, as it varies based on the time of day. If not, it’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!

Please note there’s ongoing construction happening nearby. You’re likely to hear construction noise during working hours; Monday through Saturday, from 8am to 6pm.

- Tulum is an area of high growth, and during daytime work hours, you may hear construction noise.
- Electricity and Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and completely out of our control. If you experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help save energy by keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
Interaction with Guests:
You’ll use a building code to enter the building and a code to the lockbox to obtain the condo keys. The codes will be provided to you before your arrival.
