Kroemer House in the heart of the Barossa

Perfectly placed, a cruisy 5-minute stroll from all the main street has to offer; cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping. Plus, some of the area's most iconic wineries are on your doorstep, don’t miss a visit to Penfolds, First Drop Wines or Outlaw Wines.

Sleeping 8, there's enough space to bring your whole family or share the home with friends for a couples trip of a lifetime. Boasting delightfully soft, luxury linens, high-speed internet and a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine and all, you’ll have all you need right here in Kroemer House.

As you enter the house, the first living space invites you in and instantly makes you feel welcome. Here you'll find a cosy couch and a TV - it's the perfect space to unwind.

Further on, you'll find the open-plan kitchen and dining space completely equipped with everything you need, including a walk-in pantry and a dining table that could seat all 8 of you. Finally, included in this space is another living area featuring huge sliding window doors, that open up upon the back yard.

As for sleeping quarters, the house features four bedrooms, the master with a queen bed, ensuite and walk-in robe, while the remaining rooms feature two more queen beds and then a shared room with two singles. With two full bathrooms and a separate WC, everyone is sure to find the space they need when getting ready.

Every detail has been considered here, there's an aircon for hot weather, beautiful toiletries to wash the day away, and a selection of reads for when you are ready to relax after hours of exploring.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet building, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.

PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there may a financial penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
