Amazing house in Bernal Heights/Outer Mission/Holly Heights area is on a quiet and peaceful street but is close to mission street, restaurants and a grocery store. The street level has a garage parking spot, dry sauna and laundry facilities.
The main level has a double parlor which are configured as a bedroom and living room but the sofa bed can be put away to make more living space as needed along with a full bathroom a standard bedroom, open concept kitchen/dining and private garden.
The upper level is a large bedroom and another full bathroom.

This is NOT a handicapped accessible home as all the living areas require ascending stairs. The hosts are avid environmentalists who have created an environmentally friendly home which has modern comforts and conveniences and is very calming.

Once you enter this home you will be filled with a sense of relaxation. It's easy to loose time in the living room reading one of the many books on the bookshelf or just loose time communing with nature in the garden.

There is a 4th masster bedroom that does not appear on the floorplan where the owners may reside during your stay. They have a separate entrance and will stay out of the common areas and leave you to enjoy the house during your stay.
