The Neighborhood:
A slow meander through the Creek Reserve will have you at the Jan Juc park, playgrounds or beach in minutes. Or stroll up to join the Surf Coast Walk to Bird Rock Lookout to get your own personal surf report. Coffee, brunch or dinner in the village is within walking distance too, as is the Surf Life Saving Club and the RACV. Holiday in a community-minded neighbourhood in one of the hottest spots on the coast and effortlessly embrace beach life.
Beaches - Our beautiful local beaches include world famous surfing reserve, Bells Beach and Winkipop, a short 5min drive away. Go for walks along the clifftop track to discover waves for experienced surfers only, namely Bird Rock, Steps, Winki Pop and Bells, with Jan Juc surf beach located further to the east.
Family-favourite, Cosy Corner, is a few km’s away and both Jan Juc and Torquay beaches offers patrolled family options for swimming and surfing in the summer months.
Spring Creek caters to family fishing, SUPing, kayaking.
There are plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries and breweries around the region.
Adventure Park is also a great day out with the kids – approx. 40mins drive away.

Our beach house is within easy walking/bike riding distance to parks and only 800m to Jan Juc beach, Village cafe's and the Surf Coast Trail (clifftop walking track). There are multiple reserves and parks to explore, just beyond your doorstep.
If you prefer to head into Torquay, it is less than 5 minutes drive.
Gated off-street parking available for 2 cars in carport (no garage).
Buses to and from Jan Juc and Geelong (Number 50 or 51). There is a bus stop near this property.
Closest train station 15km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Torquay is 1 hour 20 mins by car from Melbourne.
