An open-plan space features a living area furnished with a brown leather couch and armchair, modern artwork and a wall-mounted TV. Beneath the TV, is a dining table that can fit three; sitting alongside an open, corner kitchen that is fully equipped with all the appliances including a large fridge, microwave, gas stovetop, oven, dishwasher and all the basic cooking utensils including pots and pans, dishes and cutlery.

A master bedroom has a plush queen bed dressed in high-quality linen, convenient built-in mirrored wardrobes and direct access to the contemporary bathroom that features a toilet, spacious vanity with under-sink cupboard space and a shower over a bathtub. A secondary bedroom is smaller and has a double bed and external space to hang clothing.
